Baby Equipment:
At this property, we provide pack & play, crib, games/toys for your convenience. For any additional baby items, we highly recommend bringing your own or sending us a message in advance so we can recommend a nearby rental service.

- Routinely scheduled maintenance by Home Sweet Hudson team members or lawn care/snow plowing may happen during your stay.
- Parking shall be allowed solely in the designated parking spaces
- Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the premises.
- Weapons are strictly prohibited
- Please adhere to safety instructions for fireplaces, firepits, etc.
- We do not allow parties or extra guests outside the maximum occupancy allowed on the reservation. We also ask you to follow the good neighbor guidelines and abide by quiet hours after 9 pm.
- Please do not trespass on property boundaries
- Tents, yurts, and other camping equipment are prohibited

🐾 Pet Policy: We welcome all types of dogs with a $50 fee per animal/per night. If you plan to bring more than one dog, please obtain prior approval from the host. All fees are due before check-in and we cannot accept other types of animals at this time. Any undisclosed pets will incur a $300 deep-cleaning fee.

Please be advised that every 30 minutes spent on the property past 11am check out time a $50 fee will be initiated and charged to the card on file used to book the listing. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding.

To ensure community safety and preserve the natural surroundings, please note that the New York State annual outdoor brush burning ban is currently in effect from March 16 through May 14.
