Our room was not ready but their house keeper did not show up. It was ready when we returned from our event at 10pm. Bed was clean, The whole floor had a lot of debris, bathroom sink was very dirty. There was a door in our room that would not lock and kinda creepy. Air conditioning worked great. Good for one night stay and not sure I would stay again. Thank you!

Got to the property at 7:30 PM. Room hadn’t been cleaned yet. Got in at 8 PM. Dirty bathroom, TV remote did not work, no outlets near the bed, no coffee maker, no ice machine, no soap in the dispenser in the shower, gaps in the blind could see from outside in.

There was a keypad and the hotel sent our room and code to us that morning. That was super nice because we were able to show up whenever and didn't have to worry about anything. The door was not latched or locked when we got there which was a little concerning. I saw someone cleaning the next morning and asked for extra towels and never got them. Otherwise I never saw anyone who worked there and did not know how to get ahold of anyone. But overall it was a nice sized room and it worked perfectly
