Overpriced at $19/night

They hadn't changed the sheets since the previous guest and what I found beneath my pillow was disgusting. The electricity and wifi didn't work until evening. The water didn't work on the 2nd morning. The staff member who checked me in wanted to know how much I paid (as if he had no access to that information). The booking included breakfast and this became an awkward negotiation. Breakfast was poor

Careful with your belongings!

One of the staff stole my shirt.. I checked in at this hotel expecting the receive fairly okay service but turned out to be bad experience, due to the loud music and the staffs seems to not care about customers. Only one staff stood out and helped us, the rooms had no tv and they brought handymen who are installing the tv and they told us to hand the key for the room so that they can fix the tv. Hours later we arrived and checked out but then when we checked out bags, it seems someone stole shirts from our bag. Tried to call the reception but he told us he could check but there were no reply after that. Wife does not work from 3 floor upwards.

- la chambre n'avait pas de balcon contrairement à ce que j'ai réservé. En arrivant, le personnel n'avait pas accès à ma réservation car il n'y avait pas d'ordinateur ni même de carnet de registre. On m'a demandé de payer une seconde fois puis ils on gardé mon passeport. On m'a proposé une petite chambre sans sanitaires. Après plus de 30 minutes de tractation, j'ai eu une chambre passable même si l'eau était brulante ou trop froide et qu'il n'y avait pas de radiateur. - les petits déjeuners n'étaient pas compris alors que cela figurait sur ma réservation. En demandant, on m'a répondu qu'il fallait payer. Par ailleurs, le service était ridicule; le personnel a été incapable d'appeler un taxi, j'ai dû marcher dans la nuit, dans une zone non sécurisée, pour en trouver un. Ou encore, au moment de partir, j'ai dû attendre 30 minutes qu'on apporte mon passeport. J'ai porté une réclamation auprès d'Ebookers pour laquelle je n'ai toujours pas reçu de réponse. C'est la première fois que je passe par Ebookers pour une réservation d'hôtel et j'en suis très déçu. Généralement je passe par le site pour les vols et j'en étais satisfait.
