Massage at spa was excellent and very relaxing - if you ask for it to be gentle! Only request is for non-feather pillows as they give the head & neck no support!

Genet Kidane was wonderful ! She went out of her way to make sure my day was absolutely great ! She’s very beautiful, professional, and very hospitable! There were other two women . . . Hana & Feven . . . Very helpful and very professional. Without these three women in the state would have been just OK . . . They made my stay very pleasurable and I will definitely come back again :)

A pleasant stay

A pleasant stay. AC and wifi works great. We enjoyed the daily breakfast buffet before we went off exploring and kids always looked forward to it. Hotel was clean and everyone was over welcoming adding joy to our stay. I requested for a baby crib, microwave ahead of arriving and it was ready in the room waiting for me. They had high chairs in their restaurants as well. We stayed at Hayatt Addis very comfortably. Pool was great as well.

Lovely hotel - rooms not so private.

Lovely hotel with great amenity. The breakfast was outstanding. Our room wasn’t the best - neither the fridge nor the AC worked. Also, the room layout isn’t ideal in that there’s no separate bathroom. For couples or solo that’s likely fine, but there’s no private space to dress or undress before entering the shower. Who ever you room with will see you naked!
