I had to leave the room without staying the night because of their terrible service and lack of internet. I booked the room specifically to work, only to find out there was no internet and their support was unhelpful. I requested a refund since I didn’t stay at the hotel, but I’m still waiting for a response. Never again!

Everyone was so amazing very helpful very kind and the guest relations supervisor was extremely knowledgeable she recommended me some nice places to go and see throughout the city some food or restaurants to try. I enjoyed my stay at Sapphire and the service was amazing. Melat at the front desk was accommodating and helpful with any questions I had. This was my second time staying there and I plan on staying there in the future.
