The 1 bedroom apartment is situated in the very popular Santa Maria Complex which is located at the Porto Colon Marina end of Las Americas away from the more densely populated area and is a family orientated Aparthotel. The apartment has been recently refurbished and benefits from air conditioning and free in room WIFI and is situated on the third floor, it also has the advantage of being South facing, so sun all day plus pool and sea views. The apartment is also ideally situated being just a stones throw away from local bars and restaurants and only 350 metres to the nearest beach and Porto Colon Marina from where water sports and Water Excursions such as Whales and Dolphins can be obtained.
