Great Place to relax

Booked this as a last minute holiday. The process was easy and communication from the owner very good. The property is lovely, air con throughout made the stay comfortable. The best bit about the property is the outside area. There are numerous areas with outside furniture to relax and the covered outside area was a great place to take lunch and stay out of the hot sun. Would recommend to anyone. Only slight feedback is that the 4th bedroom is actually separate to the main house and doesn't have air con. We didn't need to use it but worth noting for those that do need it.

Quiet location + charming villa

The villa is in a quiet location but within easy access of shops, activities, bars, restaurants etc if you have a car (less than 10 min drive to Callao Salvaje where you will find plenty of restaurants shops etc +15 mins drive to Costa Adeje) The villa was very clean, with comfy beds and we found everything we needed. The pool was warm and we used it daily - even when the weather wasnt so great. Maria and Petra were very helpful and there was great communication from booking onwards. Petra kept in touch during our stay via WhatsApp and responded quickly to any queries we had.

Wonderful stay at Tres Palmeiras

We had a most enjoyable stay at Tres Palmeiras with our adult family. The property is away from the tourist crowds yet within easy reach of restaurants and shops. The swimming pool, barbecue and garden worked particularly well for us and was sufficiently warm even in January . The house was spacious clean and well appointed. We will be back!

Beautiful, peaceful location. Comfortable villa

A very comfortable villa, in a really quiet location. There is a small town just 1 mile away, and it’s easy to get to the motorway to get around the island. Petra looked after us really well, but there were no problems.

Wonderful oasis

Tres Palmeras is a wonderful oasis in the sunniest, south west part of Tenerife, but very quiet and away from the three big resorts. It is a traditional villa, with lots of space and a lovely garden; the photographs do not do it justice. Petra was very welcoming and we had a very enjoyable stay.

Wonderful break!

This villa was even better than the description and pictures described. Spacious, clean, cool and comfortable. The beds were really comfy and outside gave so many options to relax in different surroundings. The pool was lovely and warm and we spent a few nights drinking wine and watching the sunset. The table tennis was very popular with not just my sons (aged 12 and 13) but also my husband! The wifi is great and a TV is every room. There was ample space for parking and to turn around in the car rental we had. Directions given made the villa easy to find. Petra and Maria, our hosts, welcomed us wonderfully and were there for any questions. I could not recommend more and would love to comeback :)

Absolutely perfect

My small family stayed here for a week in February and it couldn't have been more perfect. The house was clean, comfortable, really well equipped and the garden was lush and green. Lots of space for small children to run around and we spent many happy hours playing in the pool. The barbecue was also great and well used! Only 20 mins from the airport it was very easy to get to by car and easy to explore the rest of the island. The house felt safe and was peaceful and quiet. Petra was a wonderful, attentive and generous host and was always at hand to provide recommendations on the local area. When our flight home was cancelled in bad weather she came to our rescue! We could have happily stayed for another week (or two!) - would definitely recommend and would love to return one day.

Just stunning

Wow! What a wonderful experience. We arrived late evening to find Petra waiting for us . The property looked magical with lights and candles aglow. There were flowers, wine, fruit , water and snacks provided . The property is beautifully presented - with everything you could need provided . The beds were very comfy as were the lounge sofas. The sheer peace and quiet of the location , the wonderful garden area and calm feeling of the property made for such a relaxing experience that our only trips out were to the supermarket ! We travelled with Our parents and 17 year old daughter and the many inside and outside areas provided plenty of space to be able to easily spend time either together or to find a quiet place to yourself. The table tennis table provided many hours of fun! A car is a necessity, but if you don’t want to venture far the supermarket at Callao Salvaje is just 5 minutes away and has just about everything you need. Petra was a superb host - contacting us throughout the week to ensure all was well and providing us with lots of information . We will certainly be returning in the future as it really was an amazing place to stay . Thank you Petra 😊😊

Awesome Villa perfect for big groups or families. Couldn’t fault anything. Petra was helpful and kind and always just a txt away. You will not be disappointed. 5****** Only slightly negative was the pool had really strong chemicals in for first few days but once the pool girl came this was fixed, really wasn’t an issue. A hire car is essential for the location Will return without hesitation in the future!

Petra’s holiday home.

Easy from start to finish. Petra is a lovely lady. Welcoming . Huge fruit basket and welcome pack on arrival. Villa is lovely. Large property and beautiful tropical garden with the sea in the background. We had a lovely time . Everything there to make your holiday easy. Table tennis was fun and my grand daughter loved the hammock. Thought it was a swing. Even found a holiday cat xxx

Very pretty gardens, spectacular views and beautiful decor

We had a wonderful week at the villa. Petra had thoughtfully left my wife some flowers for her birthday plus a huge bowl of fruit and coffee for the machine. The gardens are large and were filled with flowers and many different seating areas. The pool was warm so we swam every day and there was always a shady or sunny spot to enjoy. We loved the spaciousness of the villa. Views were spectacular - La Gomera appears and disappears depending on the level of haze. Clear skies meant we saw beautiful starry skies at night and even the International Space Station. It is very private and secluded. Petra was contactable if needed, but we were able to enjoy the space all to ourselves. Good, clear communication before and after arrival. We would definitely go back!

A relaxing oasis

We were two couples, all in our 60s and the villa was ideal for what we wanted - a spacious, comfortable, well-maintained property and gardens for a relaxing 11-day chill-out. All the usual everyday facilities are provided (cooker is calor gas, good quality dishwasher, washing machine, fridger/freezer etc), the kitchen is not large but big enough and has all the equipment you need to provide a simple breakfast or lunch, or a full dinner. The kitchen leads to a delightful, spacious dining area. The lounge is airy and comfortable. The wifi comfortably handles normal domestic phone and ipad activity; we didn't use the TV or DVD player but they looked good quality. Outside at the bottom of a pretty garden there is a well-maintained swimming pool which we used every day and there are facilities for alfresco cooking and dining. It really all is a delightful oasis. Petra, the owner, makes you welcome and remained easily contactable for queries. During our stay the electric kettle became faulty causing a power loss in the kitchen area - an electrician arrived within 2 hours and the problem was quickly solved. The villa is tucked away up a hillside and a car is a definite advantage, if not a necessity. With a car you are 10-15 minutes away from some delightful villages bordering the coast, all offering local supermarkets, cafes and restaurants - all the restaurants we tried were good, a couple excellent. The villa is cleaned weekly, with bedding and towels changed and the swimming pool checked over. The bedrooms are comfortable, two with en-suite; the showers are bath-based but efficient with good water pressure. The villa is about a 40-minute drive from Tenerife South airport and we didn't find it easy to find (for us printed directions would have been better than directions via Google Maps) but once you are there, it is well worth the effort.

A fantastic villa with everything we needed for a great stay

We had a brilliant holiday - this villa was ideal for us and our two teenage children. It's clean, spacious and very well equipped. The pool is fantastic and very warm - we had endless hours of fun with balls and floats. The outside area is very peaceful and we ate in the sheltered outdoor area every evening. We also had some great fun with the table tennis table! All the appliances worked well and there are lines outside for washing, together with an airer. The air conditioning and fans are very efficient too and the beds are huge and very comfy! Petra was very friendly and helpful, and responded quickly to any messages. The villa is about 15 mins drive from some good, big supermarkets, and about 20 mins from Fanabe beach. Top tips - visit Loro Park, go on a whale / dolphin watching trip at Los Gigantes and try parascending and jet skiing at Fanabe beach. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this villa to others - it really is as good as the photos!

Spacious, peaceful, well furnished and great views.

We stayed at Casa Tres Palmeras over Christmas. The villa is very spacious and well laid out. There are lots of places to sit, both inside and out and the covered terrace is a lovely space to have dinner. We enjoyed playing table tennis, lounging in the hammock and by the pool. Petra was there to meet us when we arrived and she gave us lots of local information. There were Christmas decorations put up, which was a nice touch, along with the bowl of fruit, some Turrón and a bottle of Cava in the fridge. The pool is lovely, with a great view out to sea and it gets the sun for most of the day. We always took time to watch the sunsets. There is a great barbecue, but if you're going to use it, it needs a lot of charcoal to get it hot! All in all, we had a great stay and it's certainly on the list to come back to.

Spacious, light and quiet - perfect holiday destination

We stayed here for a week at the start of January. We had high expectations for the house having read the positive reviews and if anything the house exceeded expectations. It has a great layout with good sized bedrooms, bathrooms and living spaces. The house is simply and elegantly decorated throughout. The garden is lovely too with lots of flowering plants, different seating areas and a wonderful pool to relax by. Petra was extremely attentive and we arrived to find a basket of fruit, flowers and fresh herbs growing on the window sill. Our one request that the pool be a bit warmer was acted upon the next day. I recommend this property for people who are happy to drive to the nearby attractions and enjoy peaceful seclusion.

A beautiful oasis in a rugged landscape

Possibly the nicest house we have stayed in. Well appointed, with ample room for everyone. An excellent location for exploring the island by car. The pool and garden are wonderful and you can watch boats sail by in the distance. Any issues resolved promptly, one minor change could be the gardeners coming on change over day rather than the Friday morning.

Lovely relaxing holiday villa - didn't want for anything. Plenty of space for doing your own thing either in the sun or in the shade. Loved the covered terrace - ate all our meals out there and played ping-pong, cards and board games there most nights. Looking forward to returning soon.

Sehr schönes Haus mit tollem Garten

Das Haus liegt selbst in einer wüstenähnlichen Landschaft. Davon merkt man aber nichts, wenn man sich im Haus aufhält, da der Garten sehr schön angelegt ist. Vielleicht müsste einiges mal renoviert werden. Die Tischtennisplatte war nicht benutzbar, da die Schläger völlig hin waren. Aus allen Duschen kommt nach ein paar Minuten nur noch heißes Wasser. Das war etwas schwierig. Der Pool ist toll und beheizt und im Garten gibt es sehr viele Sitzmöglichkeiten. Insgesamt ein schöner Aufenthalt. Auto ist zwingend erforderlich.
