This wonderful house, full of charm and character, located in La Concepción, Adeje, is a true haven of peace surrounded by nature, perfect for those looking to disconnect and enjoy Tenerife from a privileged setting. Surrounded by mountains and greenery, the property features a small fairy-tale garden and a beautiful terrace with views of the Atlantic Ocean and the island of La Gomera, creating a unique and truly special atmosphere.

The house accommodates up to 4 guestsand is comfortably laid out on one single level. It offers a spacious master bedroom with a 200x200 bed, an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub, plenty of natural light, and direct access to a small patio where the laundry areais located. The property was exactly as represented on the listing. The semi-detached house is thoughtfully furnished & a good array of appliances. There was good attention to detail with all the things you might need such as shower gel, shampoo, plenty of towels etc which was nice.The kitchen is fully equipped for self catering & on enquiring if there was a microwave before booking, the housing agent had one installed in the house which was very much appreciated.The house was not ready at the check in time as the cleaners thought we were arriving an hour later so we had to wait for 45mins, but the cleaning standard was excellent. The house is about 800m above sea level so it is about 8-10’c cooler than on the coast, which in March limited us to enjoying the very nice outdoor area to only 3 of our 11 days. There was a portable radiator, burner, electric air con units & heater, as well as blankets & fans, so all temperatures well accommodated for.The drive up to the house, although twisting to accommodate the elevation was easy as the road was newly surfaced & a two car width road.There was an issue with millipedes in the house, entering predominantly through gaps around the arched window, as a result of changing weather conditions which was reported to the agent but this was not resolved at the time of our stay. Overall the property is very nice, but slightly overpriced based on the temperatures in its location in March.Communication from the agent was good.
