This wonderful and bright apartment offers a very comfortable stay to guests as it is located in a gated community, very quiet with a large pool as well as another for the smallest, large gardens, tennis court and also its own garage, without the need to have to look for a parking space, which is usually complicated due to the proximity of being near shopping areas. The area of San Eugenio Bajo, which is where this beautiful apartment is located, is ideal as it is 10 minutes walk from the most famous beaches of Playa de las Américas (Trojan Beach, Duke Beach, Fañabe Beach or Puerto Colón ).
