The 220 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for one person, a fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms, accommodating up to 6 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace for home office, TV, air conditioning, fan, and washing machine. A cot and high chair for babies are also available.

Villa Melina ! Es hat von der Buchung bis zur Abreise alles "BESTENS GEKLAPPT" Die Vermieter Frau Carol, Hr. Juan Cartos, haben uns am vereinbarten Ort abgaholt und in die Villa begleitet. Bei der Ankunf wurden wir mit einem Gastgeschenk überrascht, es gab eine Flasche Sekt, Pralinen und einen Obstkorb der überreichlich mit Früchten gefüllt war. Die Lage der Ville war atemberaubend, Einrichtung neuwertig. Der Eiskasten war mit Mineralwasser und Wurst für den ersten Tag bestückt. Eine NESPRESSO Kaffeemaschine gehörte ebenfalls zum Inventar. 2 5-Literkannister Wasser standen ebenfalls zur verfügung. Die Sanitäranlagen waren "BESTENS". Badetücher und Handtücher , Bettwäsche waren mehr als ausreichend. Wir hatten auch ein TV-Gerät wo wir deutschsprachige Sender Empfangen konnten ( ARD,ZDF,ORF 1,ORF 2,etc.) Das Pool war wundervoll, Aussicht auf das Meer wunderschön. 1 mal in der Woche wurde das Pool gereinigt sowie der Garten. Juan Carlos und Cloudia waren wunderbare Gastgeber und wir hatten eine "HERRLICHE ZEIT" mit Ihnen verbracht. Die drei Wochen wo wir in der VILLA waren vergingen wie im FLUG. Wir können uns nur bei CAROL, Juan Cartos und Claudia für diese 3 Wochen nur herzlichst bedanken.
