Lux Villa 30 with 5 bedrooms in El Duque area, just 250m from the beach

This modern bright villa offers five bedrooms and four bathrooms. It can accommodate extended families or groups of up to ten people.
The interior is designed in elegant grey, beige and brown colours combined with the natural finishing creating a homely atmosphere. Four of five bedrooms have its own bathroom two of which have their own bath tubs and quality showers.
On the first floor two bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, a spacious living room with a comfortable sofa and TV can be found.
Next to the main terrace there is a large dining table for six people in the open plan kitchen overlooking the pool. Outside the views are spectacular especially from the upper terrace where you can relax on sun loungers including the ground floor terrace.
On the small patio you can enjoy a coffee sitting at the smaller table or have a game of ping-pong to relax and unwind. This villa is fully equipped with air conditioning, a utility room with washing machine, ironing board etc and an internal garage for two cars.

This villa can accommodate up to 10 persons.
