I've stayed at this apartment on the Mareverde complex twice now and Sofia and Miguel are very good hosts . The apartment is clean and well stocked with all the things you need for a self catering trip . There are several pools on the complex and free sunbeds as well as a small bar .Theres an abundance of restaurants and bars nearby and a large shopping complex called XSur 10 minutes walk away with some nice eateries inside . All in all a good place to base yourself in the Coste Adeje area .

Mareverde Apartment

The communication between myself and Miguel/Sofia was very good throughout the booking and during the holiday . The apartment was very nice,modern and clean . The apartment a 10min walk to XSUR shopping centre which is great for eating ,entertainment and has a Mercadona supermarket. Outside the complex are plenty of restaurants/bars and car/bike rental companies. The complex has a number of pools throughout and it was nice and quiet during my stay . I would definitely stay in the apartment again as the MarketHome team were very helpful, even organised my taxi home with the lovely Valeria. All in all a great base for a couple to have a holiday in Tenerife.
