Family Holiday

The property met the mixed requirements of our family who aged from 4 upwards to grandparents. There is a nice pool, plenty sun shelter, sun loungers & umbrellas and the table tennis was very welcome. Outside and inside tables were great for mealtimes giving us options depending on the temperature. Easy street parking is available in a quiet neighbourhood. Also 2 excellent bakers and pizza/sushi restaurants nearby. A great Easter break enjoyed by all.

Family chill week

Had a brilliant time villa is gorgeous and just exactly what we needed. Paul was fantastic super friendly and full of great information. Made us feel very welcome. Good location nice restaurant and cafe within 3 minutes walk. Main town is about a 25 minute walk away but all down hill and nice walk. Taxi back for 4 people was around 5 euros and plenty taxis. Will definitely be back.

Perfect villa for rest and relaxation

Great villa, exceeding expectations for everything needed for a relaxing holiday with family and friends. We had a very comfortable stay - making the most of the outside terrace areas for sun, swimming and dining. We didn’t need to venture far with a supermarket, pizzeria and great bakeries/cafes just down the road.

Great Family Holiday Location

The house met all expectations. Very clean and well maintained house in a relatively quiet location but with cafe and pizza restaurants and a well stocked supermarket within short walking distance. We hired a car and on street parking was not an issue to find. There is building work going on in the area so I'd recommend checking the status before just incase the adjacent plots are up for development. Paul's hospitality and availability was very much appreciated. This is a house I would definitely book again.

A Relaxing Break

A lovely, clean property that was ideal for our party of 8 adults and teens. There was plenty of space and amenities for everyone and our host, Paul, welcomed us on arrival and went through everything with us which was very helpful! Our stay at this property was very successful. We were 7 people and had lots of room. The pool and deck was fabulous. Paul left us tons of information making going to good restaurants and the beaches very easy.Thanks Paul it was a great home and holiday.

Amazing Stay, would definitely come back!

Had an amazing 2 weeks at the villa with family, had everything we wished for. Paul and Maria were excellent hosts and even left a basket of supplies and a booklet of all nearby amenities. We never hired a car but luckily there was a small shop and restaurants 2 minutes down the road. Overall fantastic :)

A fabulous property and great service

From booking through to departure we received responsive service and a high level of communication. Paul was quick to call me straight away when I had a query and Maria greeted us at the property upon arrival late in the evening with a warm welcome and showed us all the necessary items. Everything else was covered in their very clear and conscience guide/ villa booklet. The Villa has everything you would need outside and inside, the standard of cleanliness was extremely high. There was ample linen and towels in all rooms, plus enough pool towels for all guests. The outside of the Villa was perfect, sun all-day but ample shade too. There were so many extras provided including hand-wash to all bathrooms, washing-up items and dishwasher tablets, pool toys/ inflatables, games and many books. The location was good in a very residential area, so it was quiet and close to a small supermarket and cafes plus playground area in walking distance. We did walk to the livlier part of town once but it was still very hot (around 19:00) and with young children just a bit too far so we used taxis for the rest of the journeys! But if you're fit and healthy without children (or at least ones that don't moan) it could be a nice walk! I can not recommend this Villa and the service provided highly enough. A lovely holiday had by us all. Thank you!

Fantastic Family villa in a great location

We have stayed in this villa previously so obviously are very happy with the accommodation etc. wonderful location for families within a short walk to lots of local restaurants, supermarkets and shops etc. Villa is clean, modern and the owner is friendly, welcoming and more than happy to help where he can. Definitely will be booking again.

Fab Holiday and Villa

We had a fab holiday staying at this villa. The location for us was fine as it is such a quiet area yet only 20 mins walk to the restaurants etc. Taxis are readily available and reasonable. The villa is fabulous, very clean and the outside area is excellent. The pool was very clean and well maintained. We spent most days by the pool and it was so relaxing on the comfy loungers. The villa is spacious and has everything you need for a great holiday. Paul the owner, met us on arrival and went through everything with us which was good. We look forward to staying at the villa again.

5***** with everything you could possibly need

Had an amazing time staying in this very well laid out spacious property. Everything you could possibly need to function as a family and great guidance on where to eat and taxi numbers etc. Welcome pack on arrival and met by Paul the owner on arrival who explained everything we needed to know about the villa. Pool maintainance was good and clean towels and linen a plenty. Kitchen was well equipped and BBQ was well used on our visit with lovely family outdoor eating area. Laundry room was a real bonus with outdoor drying area. Property is secure all way around keeping children safe and beautiful views of mountain and sea. Would definitely return and recommend highly. Paul was amazing. Called us to check everything was all ok and again on our last day to make sure we were happy with everything. Thank you Paul for your hospitality and allowing us to enjoy your beautiful Canarian villa

Fantastic villa

We have rented from the owner Paul before at another villa so knew this villa would be of the same quality and it did not disappoint. A lovely clean villa with a great pool and outside space. Full of all the accessories you need to make your stay comfortable. The location of the villa is good only 5 euros in a taxi to the nearest bars restaurants and beach.

Lovely Villa

Villa was lovely and vey well equipped and clean. Beds very comfy. Location let it down a bit though. A bit far out but taxis are very quick and not too expensive. The walk to supermarkets etc was about 20minutes downhill and the roads were very busy. Overall a very nice villa just a pity it wasn’t nearer amenities.

The villa was perfect for us. It was spacious and well laid out and everything we needed was supplied. The pool area was great with lots of sun beds and parasols and lovely shaded seating areas. We enjoyed a couple of family bbqs and eating outside. The villa and outdoor areas were very clean and well maintained. The pool was cleaned regularly during our weeks stay. The owner, Paul, was there to meet us and was very helpful with lots of information. Everything went very smoothly. The butchers and bakers, just a stones throw away, were very handy for everyday fresh foods. We used the Gran Sur shopping centre for larger shops. The only potential issue for older or less mobile people was that the villa is situated up a relatively steep hill but taxis were very easy to organise, arrived 2 minutes after phoning and were very reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend the villa and will hopefully use it again.

Lovely family holiday

We were 3 generations having a break together and the house was perfect. It’s about a 30 minute walk from the beach, but that means it’s in a quiet residential street which you really appreciate when you are relaxing. I’d recommend a car just for convenience, but walking down and a cheap taxi home works fine. The house is spacious and really well equipped, and the outdoor living is exactly the same. The pool was warm enough for a 10 month old to happily play in. Paul was a great host giving a very thorough arrival introduction so you didn’t waste any time guessing where things were, and if you did need his help or advise during the week he responded quickly. I’m sure we will be back soon, thanks for a memorable holiday.

Lovely Stay in a Beautiful Villa

My husband and I, daughter and son and two grandchildren spent a week in this lovely villa, the last week of February. Warm and sunny, we spent lots of time in the lovely, warm pool, and beautifully appointed terrace space. There was lots of seating in sun and shade, for lounging and dining, and the kids loved the table tennis. Paul was a great host, was very helpful and provided us recommendations for great restaurants. We ate many meals in the seaside town of La Caleta which was very close, great food and great views. Lots to do in the area, but the pool was such an attraction that we spent lots of time at the villa. Very small suggestion, to add a full length mirror somewhere, so women can check themselves out before leaving the villa. Everything was wonderful. Will definitely rent again if we return to Tenerife.

This villa won’t disappoint spotless clean rooms light and airy great outside space 6 of us stayed for a week over the new year Paul the owner kindly left a lovely welcome pack There’s a great butchers and bakers 5 minutes away and English speaking small supermarket as well that’s well stocked up George’s restaurant is value for money at the bottom of the road Having stayed at Paul’s other villa just along the road we knew we wouldn’t be disappointed would highly recommend this villa.

Wonderful family villa in a great location

Seven of us stayed at this spacious and well equipped villa over the Christmas period (20-28 December 2018). It is located in a quiet residential neighbourhood but it is very convenient for local shops, the beach and other attractions. Paul, the owner, is very professional with great attention to detail. We arrived at a very unsociable hour (5am) - 14 hours late due to the Gatwick airport drone incident. Paul waited for us and despite the early hours of the day still spent the time, not only to show us around the property, but to also give us great tips for restaurants and attractions. Highly recommend the local bakery and butcher a very short walk from the property. The villa is a 5-minute drive from Playa Fanabe and Playa del Duque, our favourite beaches on the Island. Also, highly recommend La Vieja seafood restaurant and Rosso Sul Mare Italian in La Caleta; these are also about a 5-minute drive from the villa. Overall a great experience.
