Modern 3-Bedroom House with community Pool with Ocean View in the Heart of Costa Adeje. The sandy beaches are just a 5-minute drive away.

The Villa features 3 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms. Two large Terraces. Fully equipped kitchen, Smart TV. Air-Con. Private underground Garage. Just step away you will find a GYM, SPA, Tennis court, restaurants, supermarkets. A nearby Bus stop offers direct connections to Los Cristianos, Las Americas, Fañaba, El Duque, Siam Mall, Siam Park, Aqualand.

Maximum capacity- 6 adults +1 Baby.

We charge a fee for a late check-in after 10PM on weekdays, weekends (holidays) -40€.

Please note that we do not provide beach towels. If you would like to have them, the cost is 20€ total for all your party.

A late check-out comes with an additional charge.

Provision of Baby travel cot and high chair only upon request and for an additional fee 30€.

Wonderful property

We had a wonderful stay. This property has a very convenient location, a spacious and clean house, and the host was very helpful. Couldn't be any better.
