Overall, this is a nice property with a lot going for it, but unfortunately our stay was cut short due to a major issue.On the positive side, the apartment itself is spacious and generally well-equipped for a week-long stay. The resort amenities are great—nice pools, a bar/restaurant area, and a very quiet, relaxed atmosphere. The location in Tenerife is also excellent if you’re looking for somewhere peaceful but still within reach of activities. We had most of what we needed in terms of kitchen supplies, laundry, and general comforts.However, on day 2 we noticed bugs coming out of the cracks around the upstairs shower. After taking a closer look, it became clear they were cockroaches. This wasn’t just a one-off sighting—there were multiple insects coming from the same area. Unfortunately, this made us feel very uncomfortable continuing our stay.In hindsight, we should have taken it as a warning sign that there were two nearly empty cans of roach spray already under the kitchen sink.Due to this issue, we decided we could not stay for the remainder of our trip and ended up checking into a nearby hotel instead.If the pest problem were properly addressed, this could be a great place to stay. But until then, it’s difficult to recommend.

Beautifully furnished duplex. High end electricals, comfortable beds/sofas. Kitchen was very well stocked - home from home - plenty of crockery, cutlery etc.Westerly facing balcony enjoying beautiful sunsets. Pool area was very clean, pool heated, plenty of sun beds. Hosts were very accommodating and responsive. We would definitely return.

Modern and spacious. Great pools and complex. Clean. Lots of facilities in the kitchen. Lovely balcony with big table.The only reason it isn't five stars is the following: the listing says it is air conditioned but that is only applicable to the lounge downstairs. The ground floor bedrooms on the same floor are not. The first floor where the main living area is with kitchen and lounge/balcony and third bedroom have no air con. There were only two plug in fans in the whole apartment and we had to keep moving them around. It was so hot at times it was unbearable. We actually bought an additional fan from Aldi for our stay! The apartments are not very sound proof. I would still recommend this apartment as it has a lot of positives. I would stay again but maybe not in the heat of summer.

The apartment was spacious, well equipped and comfortable. The mini split services the lower floor only and we found the upstairs (bedroom, kitchen and living room) to be quite warm for September. We had a plumbing issue which the owner addressed within a day and a question which was responded to virtually immediately. 😃 Some pool towels would have been nice. The patios are next to each other and your experience can be impacted by who is staying in the adjoining units. The white leather sofa could use a cleaning. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

We had a nice holiday here with my family. In general everything was great, location is quiet but that was really good because the island was compleately full with tourists and we wanted some relax. Cleaning could be improved a bit but it was Ok. My only problem was the very cold water in pools…

The facility was fantastic. The pool areas always clean and available. The restaurant in the pool artea was one of the best that I have e ver been to. Great service and great food. The facility is very walkable to everything and close to the ocean.

Family Friendly Spacious Apartment

Very clean and well presented. Great apartment for those with kids on a very secure and safe complex. The pool bar is the best for food I've known and having visited many apartments on the island over the years we are certain to use this one again. Great, 5 star.

Great family accommodation

Great week long stay at this modern apartment. Accommodation worked well for us (two adults two kids needing separate rooms) and had everything we would need. Very well equipped kitchen and great showers. No real indoor eating area but didn’t cause a problem given the weather! Complex is gated with security so felt safe. Pools were great for the kids, one is heated, larger one is not. We didn’t have problems getting sun beds when we wanted them, mostly used the pool later afternoon so may have been more challenging during the day. Would advise a car although there are quite a few restaurant / bar options within 20 minutes walk and a couple of mini markets. Couple of little coves are walkable but bigger beaches would need car. Would book again if we were returning to Tenerife. Great value for money.

Amazing stay!!

We have had the most amazing stay, the apartment is absolutely stunning, modern, clean, well looked after, everything you could think of for a fully functioning apartment..you have here!! Fred the host really has thought of everything!! We spent 9 nights here, did 1 big food shop on our first day at the local big mercadona which was around €8 in a taxi each way, ( the security at the entrance are more than helpful and will happily call one for you) then nipped to the local shop - 3 minutes walk away for bread, milk, water, etc as and when it was needed during our stay! We visited local water parks, again by taxi..€15 each way, had a night out in Los Christianos for food and drinks by taxi, maybe €20 each way. The hard Rock Hotel is about 10 minutes walk away with the nearest bars a further 5 minutes walk away. Transfer from the airport was 25 mins and €40 each way for a minibus for 5. Honestly we were sad to leave we have had such an amazing relaxing time, the pool area is beautiful..although not enough sunbeds, really need more! But beautiful and lovely pool bar, good priced drinks and food!! Thankyou Fred, we hope to return again soon. It felt like home from home. :-)

Very good luxury apartment & complex

Great, Modern apartment with all the mod cons, TVs (with access to owners Netflix/Primes accounts), air conditioning (only downstairs) Pool, poolside bar/restaurants, WiFi, child safety gate for the steep internal stairs, a bottom stair gate would of being ideal but we managed with a 3 year old. Overall excellent and wouldn’t hesitate going back. Always sun beds available and multiple nationalities around the poolside. A few local bars/ restaurants nearby but a car/ taxis are a must . It was all perfect for us and a bit of luxury. Would love to own an apartment in the complex but at a cost on average €300K it may be a little over my budget. All good 5* (Slight issue the person we had to phone to get the keys doesn’t speak a word of English so I had to ask the security guard to tell her we were waiting to enter the complex. Slightly awkward. )

Relaxing winter sun break

Thank you Fred! This holiday home is first class and was a great base for a relaxing holiday. Very clean, comfortable and well equipped. Andrea met us promptly upon arrival and gave us the necessary information to settle in.The pool area is fantastic and the kids enjoyed all of the pools available (top one is heated). The pool bar / cafe serves reasonably priced snacks and meals. I don't like to hire a car while away, there are bars and restaurants and small supermarkets within walking distance so this was no problem. For the larger and busier beaches you can get the bus route 471 bus towards Los Cristianos for 8euros 40cents for a family of four and then there is no need to worry about parking. We were also able to get the bus easily to Siam Park - a must for the kids. The weather in February was great, it felt very hot in the sun and NO rain. Andrea nous a rencontrés rapidement à notre arrivée et nous a donné les informations nécessaires pour nous installer. La piscine est fantastique et les enfants ont apprécié toutes les piscines disponibles (celle du haut est chauffée). Le bar / café de la piscine sert des collations et des repas à un prix raisonnable. Je n'aime pas louer une voiture pendant mon voyage, il y a des bars et des restaurants et des petits supermarchés à distance de marche, donc ce n'était pas un problème. Pour les plages plus grandes et plus fréquentées, vous pouvez obtenir la ligne de bus 471 en direction de Los Cristianos pour 8 euros 40 centimes pour une famille de quatre personnes, puis vous n'avez pas à vous soucier du stationnement. Nous avons également pu prendre le bus facilement pour Siam Park - un must pour les enfants. Le temps en février était super, il faisait très chaud au soleil et pas de pluie. Really nice apartment on a lovely gated community.

The property is very well presented and spacious with access to three big outdoor pools just a few metres away. The property has three bedrooms - one very large, open plan bedroom on the lower floor, one largish bedroom on the upper floor, and a small bedroom with four bunk beds. My four children all shared the room with bunk beds as the upper floor of the property does not have air conditioning and Tenerife in August was very hot, unsurprisingly. The upper floor has a good sized balcony with easily enough room for six to dine and relax. We were highly amused by the birds flying above us at night (shearwaters) making some very odd noises. Most nights you can hear music coming from the Hard Rock Hotel but it's not too loud. The pools are large and well maintained with a bar/restaurant at the side of one of them. The food from the outdoor restaurant was surprisingly nice and we ate there a couple of nights. The only issues we had with the booking was that the manager of the accommodation (not the owner) didn't speak English making it very difficult to get the keys when we arrived. There seemed to be some confusion over whether we had arrived on the correct day but we can't be sure as we only understood the occasional word here and there. It is worth noting that the parking for the apartment is at the 'back' of the property. It's convenient for the back door but a short walk if you exit the property from the front door. We weren't supplied with a back door key so one of us had to walk around the front whenever we left to travel around Tenerife. We sent an email to Fred and never received a reply when we asked for the back door key. We did not call the property manager as we already knew we were unable to communicate with her.
