The apartment has just been renovated to a high standard and stylishly furnished. This dream apartment is located on one of Tenerife's most beautiful sandy beaches. The large terrace offers a fantastic sea view. The rear terrace offers a stunning view of the garden and mountains. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, 1 living room (with sofa bed) with a fully equipped American kitchen, 1 outdoor kitchen, 1 dressing room, 2 bathrooms and 2 terraces (one of which is partially covered), leaving nothing to be desired. The spacious heated communal pool in the well-maintained complex (approx. 1-2 minutes' walk from the apartment) provides cooling and fun for the whole family. One of Tenerife's most beautiful beaches is only about 200 metres away, and everything else is within walking distance in a few minutes. The most beautiful water park in the world, Siampark, is also only about a 10-minute walk away. The largest shopping mall in the south of Tenerife, the Siam Mall, is less than 15 minutes away on foot.
