Built with only the most modern, high-quality materials, the villa features 300 m² of living space and a total plot of 500 m² with pool and garden. Enjoy a large private pool (10 m x 3 m).



The property is divided into 2 separate units with 4 bedrooms, 2 spacious living rooms with dining areas, 3 bathrooms, 2 fully equipped kitchens with modern appliances, a barbecue area, sun terrace, Wi-Fi, and TV with over 1,500 channels.



Designed for up to 12 guests, the villa is furnished in a modern hi-tech style. Private covered parking is available for up to 5 cars.
