The Villa Roque del Conde 3 is one of the holiday homes of the highest class from a prime location above the Costa Adeje and not least by its exclusive features. It takes only 5 minutes to the beach. On the ground floor there is a living room with open kitchen and separate dining area. Upstairs are the two bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with bath and shower. One bedroom has a balcony and has a wonderful sea view over the Atlantic to the neighboring island of La Gomera. The lounge has a flat screen TV with international satellite channels. Wifi for Internet access is available for free (fast fiber optic Internet). The living room has a sofa bed and offers a comfortable sleeping accommodation for 2 more people.
In the living room there is a small stereo and a DVD player.

The fully equipped kitchen has a dishwasher, cooker with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and fridge-freezer.

There is a large pool area with sun loungers (Community Pool) which can be used free of charge. On the terrace there is a barbecue available and comfortable seating and 2 sun loungers so that you can spend beautiful barbecue evenings there.
You can park your car in the private garage, which is located in the basement of the house. There is also a washing machine.

Awful apartment

This apartment was diabolical and the owners should be ashamed . The reviews from Jan 22 sre bad, i expected all those things were addressed but no, exactly the same issues in nov2023!! Do not book this. The photare lies. The only good thing was communication with host but otherwise ruined holiand we had to mive out

En revanche, l'appartement aurait besoin de finition,quelques réparations du mobilier que l'on précisera en privé au propriétaire, une des literie mauvaise et pas de télécommande du garage (par un oubli d'un précédent locataire). Prima Lage - schlechter Zustand

Die Lage ist wirklich prima - oberhalb des Ortes, am Berg gelegen, so dass man vom Balkon aus das Meer sehen kann. Sonnenuntergang mit Blick auf El Hierro und La Gomera - wow! Das Haus ist groß und geräumig, mit eigener Tiefgarage im Keller. Für 4 Personen ist ausreichend Platz, und die Terrasse mit Essplatz ergänzt es. So hatten wir uns das vorgestellt! Was wir uns nicht vorgestellt hatten, war der Zustand des Hauses und die Ausstattung. Türschloss kaputt, Rollos kaputt, die Terrassentürverriegelung defekt, Couchtisch mit heftigen Kerben, ein zerschlissenes Sofa (so sehr, dass es mit einer Decke verdeckt werden musste), Fettfilm in der Küche, keine Lampen an der Decke, Wasser lief aus den Deckenlöchern, nur eine funktionierende Nachttischlampe bei 4 Personen, ein sehr lockeres Regalbrett über dem Bett (vorsichtshalber haben wir das Bett verschoben), ein unbenutzbarer Grill, kaputte Fliesen, eine Fernbedienung ohne Batterien - wir könnten die Liste noch verlängern. Und am Ende tauchten im Keller noch drei Kakerlaken auf! Und die Ausstattung war leider auch nicht besser - kein einziges Weinglas oder Sektglas, keine Schüsseln, kein Brotkorb, keine Schere,… auch diese Liste lässt sich verlängern - wir haben uns erst einmal Gläser kaufen müssen. Die Kontaktperson, die wir nach Ankunft am Flughafen angerufen haben, kam leider mit 30 Minuten Verspätung, warf dann die Schlüssel auf den Tisch und verschwand nach 2 Minuten ohne große Erklärungen. Wo der in der Anzeige genannte Pool zu finden sei, konnte er nicht sagen. Nach einer kurzen Kontaktaufnahme mit dem Vermieter brachte jemand Teller und Besteck, und beim zweiten Mal auch Gläser. Wir hatten tolles Wetter, und so behalten wir den Urlaub trotz allem in schöner Erinnerung.

Schönes Objekt in sehr guter Lage

Der Kontakt mit Sven im Vorfeld war sehr gut, jederzeit kurzfristige Antworten auf alle unsere Fragen und Anregungen.Dadurch haben wir trotz Corona mit einem guten und beruhigten Gefühl unseren Urlaub antreten können. Um auftretende Probleme hat sich Sven auch während des Aufenthalts jederzeit sofort gekümmert. Leider wurde in der Ferienanlage ein Haus ständig neu an feierlustige Gäste vermietet, so dass sehr häufig die Nachtruhe massiv gestört wurde. Das hat die gute Urlaubsstimmung doch sehr getrübt. Die Garage im Haus war ein echtes Highlight. Adeje ist für Unternehmungen, Wanderungen und Ausflüge, egal wohin, ein guter Ausgangspunkt. Ein Auto ist aufgrund der Lage des Objektes absolut erforderlich. Die Situation am Pool war jederzeit entspannt und erholsam. Trotz Corona haben wir uns auf Teneriffa überall, ob am Strand, in den Supermärkten, Einkaufscentren, in den Bergen ,am Pool oder auf den Wanderungen sehr sicher gefühlt

Falsche Angaben im Online-Inserat

Wir haben uns mit 2 teilweise 4 Personen wohlgefühlt. Mit 6 Personen wäre es sehr beengt gewesen, da die angegebenen Wohnfläche von 145 qm eine starke Übertreibung ist.Die beiden Wohnetagen haben eine Grundfläche von je ca 42 qm. Ebenso ist es nicht korrekt von King Betten zu schreiben, wenn sie 160 bzw. 140 cm breit sind. Der schöne Pool und das angenehme Klima haben uns eine erholsame Zeit beschert.

Wohnung oberhalb der Stadt mit Blick aufs Meer

Das Objekt entsprach der Beschreibung und war zu Beginn unseres Aufenthalts in einigen Bereichen spartanisch augestattet. Nach kurzer Rücksprache mit dem Vermieter wurde nach und nach Abhilfe geschaffen. Das fanden wir gut! Hervorzuheben an der Wohnung ist die Garage unterhalb des App. von wo aus man direkt in die Wohnung gelangt sowie die relativ neuwertige Ausstattung. Es gibt außerordertlich viel Schrankfläche. Sehr gute Anfahrtbeschreibung. Negativ ist der außerhalb der Anlage gelegene Pool zu bewerten, den man nur über die öffentliche Strasse erreichen kann. Da es sich bei der Anlage um eine Reihenhaussiedlung am Hang handelt ist die Wohnung sehr hellhörig. Der Schall aus der Stadt sowie den umliegenden Häusern fängt sich am Berg. Die Strände sowie die Auswahl an Restaurants + Shopping sind gut. Lästig sind die Parkplatzsuche im Ort, aber ohne Mietwagen geht es nicht oder nur sehr schwer.

1:Bij aankomst alleen snelle rondgang in het huis en sleuteloverdracht voor het overige geen tijd! 2:Geen toilet faciliteiten op de begane grond hoewel wel aangekondigd door de eigenaar. 3: Gedeeld zwembad was niet verwarmd waardoor het water veel te koud was om te zwemmen ( er was verder ook niemand die er gebruik van maakte). Verder is daar volstrekt onvoldoende zonwering en is het meubilair versleten. 4: Garage staat in open verbinding met het woongedeelte waardoor alle gassen en dampen incl. alle geuren in het woongedeelte waarneembaar zijn. 5: Vaatwasser door sterke vervuiling onbruikbaar 6: Televisie kan meer dan 100 kanalen ontvangen in Spaans, Duits en Engelse taal via satelliet maar geen NL zenders dus voor ons onbruikbaar 7: Handdoeken en beddengoed volstrekt onvoldoende. 8: Geen wisseling van handdoeken en beddengoed ook niet als optie 9: Geen schoonmaakdienst ook niet als optie 10: Geen map met noodzakelijke informatie zoals: a: eerste hulp en dokter service b: geen aanwijzing waar restafval gebracht kan worden c:gebruikshandleiding televisie en beschikbare kanalen d: gebruikshandleiding voor overige apparatuur e: bezienswaardigheden en bezoekadviezen in de directe omgeving 11: bedden voldoen maar zijn van matige kwaliteit.. 12: keukenapparatuur werkt maar is versleten en toe aan vervanging 13: Aanwezige zonwering bij het terrasgedeelte onvoldoende en deels defect. 14: Huurprijs in relatie tot het geboden comfort naar onze menig volstrekt onvoldoende.

Eine tolle Wohnung

Wir haben alles wie auf den Bildern gezeigt angetroffen. Die Ausstattung ist komplett und so ist z.B. genug Geschirr vorhanden, um den Geschirrspüler sinnvoll nutzen zu können. Das haben wir auch schon anders erlebt... Die Betreuung durch Sven und "Team Tenerife" war problemlos und professionell. Super Wegbeschreibung und Einweisung vor Ort. Toll war auch die Garage im Haus - keine Parkplatzsuche und weite Wege mit Einkaufstüten. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und würden das Haus jederzeit wieder mieten. Daher können wir die Unterkunft auch guten Gewissens weiterempfehlen!

Eine schöne Ferienunterkunft - sehr geräumig und die Ausstattung war genau wie beschrieben! Angenehme, ruhige Wohnanlage - mit tollem Blick auf das Meer u. die Küste sowie die Insel La Gomera. Ein Auto ist in jedem Fall zu empfehlen - sowohl um einzukaufen, als auch um an die Strände zu fahren!

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus mit kompletter Ausstattung in Top-Lage

Wir haben unseren zweiwöchigen Urlaub mit unseren beiden Kindern in in der Villa Roque del Conde 3 sehr genossen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter im Vorfeld war freundlich und verlief stets schnell und reibungslos. Vor Ort wurden wir zur Schlüsselübergabe von einer deutschsprachigen Dame empfangen, die uns das Haus zeigte und erklärte. Das Haus selber ist sehr gepflegt, räumlich sehr schön aufgeteilt und verfügt über alles, was man an Ausstattung benötigt (Küchen- und Badezimmerutensilien etc.). Auch die große Terrasse und den Balkon im 1. Stock haben wir intensiv und gerne genutzt. Die Wohnanlage ist angenehm ruhig und auch der Kontakt zu den Nachbarn war sehr freundlich. Die Lage oberhalb von Costa Adeje bietet einen fantastischen Ausblick auf das Meer mit der Insel La Gomera und den Küstenort selber. Mit dem Auto erreicht man innerhalb weniger Minuten den Strand, unzählige Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und die Autobahn. Sehr praktisch fanden wir auch die Tiefgarage, welche sich direkt im Keller des Ferienhauses befindet. Auch der Gemeinschaftspool, der noch etwas weiter erhöht liegt, ist äußerst gepflegt und man genießt von dort aus den Panoramablick. Insgesamt war es für uns der perfekte Aufenthalt und wir werden sicher wiederkommen.
