Lovely staff and good location but at $429 per night I was expecting more than stained melamine coffee cups. The one USB port in the room was broken. There was condensation from the air conditioner dripping onto the TV and the carpet. I informed the staff but they already knew as it happens all the time. The towels are getting a bit old. Friends staying at the same hotel but different floor had proper Rockford coffee mugs and soft towels but noisy air con and couldn't get the room temperature to drop below 23.

Staff were lovely and accommodating and had us checked in early due to an earlier flight. Very thankful! Room was good, very clean. Issue with the air conditioner that wouldn’t work and was extremely hot however we didn’t notify staff to try fix so that’s on us.

Great sized room, extremely comfy bed and soft sheets, perfect temperature with a balcony for fresh air, having breakfast and parking included was such a great package. Breakfast was lovely, great range for a small buffet. Really happy with most of the stay, unfortunately it was raining extremely heavily when we arrived and the leaks in the roof over the entry made quite a mess, and meant we couldn't get to reception without getting wet, despite being "under cover". Also, one of the towels had two approximately 5cmx8cm holes worn/torn into them, as well as what appeared to be a 5c coin sized stain of red and green glitter nail polish from a previous user -thank god there was glitter in it, because it looked a lot like blood on the towel at first glance.. Might be time to retire that towel 😉

Good location, decent room, awful coffee! A good stay for a night or two, and worth the price we paid. Free parking and friendly staff. If only the coffee was better and the water pressure higher, then it would be five stars for the price.

We had a king bed and the bases were two singles pushed together with two separate mattress on top. It was horribly uncomfortable and very very disappointing. Also the aircon was very poor and didn’t cool the room down at all. Seemed like it really struggled. Didn’t enjoy my stay this time around
