Great location. Staff were friendly. Great breakfast. Parking was easy next door.
Only issue was breakfast area is very tight and cramped. But breakfast was great other than that.
My biggest concern is I booked Crown Plaza because it says soundproof rooms and my daughter was competing so sleep was crucial.
This is not the case. We could hear coughing and talking next door and every toilet flush next door throughout the night and all street noise. It f this doesn’t concern you then I would stay here.
Apart from this I would give it 5 stars.

The mirror door to the wardrobe fell of upon opening and hit me in the head. Your receptionist (Ronnie ? - Trainee) was near impossible to understand as he spoke so softly.
Service at Luna 10 on Wednesday 27th March was so slow we walked out - One barperson when there are 15-20 people waiting! Really Others walked away as well

We had a double roon, it was clean and tidy. There was not much noise and we couldn't hear any outside noise. Bathroom was clean and had a good supply of shampoo, conditioner, hand wash and moisturiser. The outdoor pool is worth a visit as is the gym
