Friendly, professional staff. Clean, large room. Very quiet eventhough it is located on a busy streat. Great location close to shops, restraunts, train station and 15 minutes from the airport. Great breakfast buffet at a very reasonable price.

Stayed in room 802. Chair in room was filthy dirty and curtains have holes letting the light in. We had booked a 12 o’clock check out and confirmed via email and again when checking in, unfortunately housekeeping entered the room when the please do not disturb sign was displayed and we were phoned to leave the room. We showed the front desk staff the emails and form we signed the day earlier confirming the checkout time, her response was “it’s not on the system”. Not good enough.

Only complaint that I have about my stay is the noise from cars outside at night and also noises from the room next door. What other guests do in their rooms is up to them, but do I need to hear them!!!

Everything I came into contact inside the property was great. Staff so friendly and helpful. Room service great. Walking back to the Hotel Friday and Saturday evening I did feel a little uneasy.... lots of noisy groups.( Maybe something to do with the international cricket match the day before?) A lot of litter in the street outside on early departure Sunday ( 7 am) But these are factors outside the Hotels control.

Perfect Hotel!

We had a great time coming over for the footy. Room was fantastic, location was excellent and even after the game, we had a quiet pizza and drinks in the foyer in front on a couple of big screens. Breakfast was also great and fantastic value for what you get. Looking forward to our next trip across.
