Wonderful location, near everything you need. Rundle Mall just a few minutes away. Room was roomy, clean and comfortable. Staff very helpful and are happy to store your luggage if you arrive early.

The Room was nice. However...The A/C in the room did not work properly as the room was an uncomfortable 27 deg not pleasant at all. Then in the peak heat of the day. We were evacuated from the hotel under a false alarm. On telling management of the A/C there was little concern given at all nor offer of compensation or discount. I would like to stay again as it was quite nice just unfortunately very uncomfortable and this has been my first experience there. Often choose to stay in the CBD and would appreciate possibly an extra night if i choose to stay again.

Fabulous hotel in excellent location but most of all, the honesty and efficiency of the hotel staff is second to none. I accidentally left my wedding ring behind in my room when I checked out to my utter horror. As soon as our plane landed back in Sydney, there was a recorded message on my husband phone saying the housekeeping team found my ring! And the staff very kindly posted it safely back to me very promptly which I will be forever grateful for!

The room was nice. But the room view was the side of buildings. Parking was an additional fee and a major hassle. Roof garden was disappointing - not terribly majestic and closed all day for a private event when we wanted to use it.
