Second Stav at the Oval Hotel, lovely relaxing stay with friendly staff. Room service was fast and food was tasty. Price is reasonable. We will definitely stay here again.

Staff were happy, friendly and very helpful. Views and atmosphere was excellent - came to watch the Eagles play and they won - so great time was had. The hotel, overall, is a good place to stay for travellers visiting Adelaide. It is located close to the CBD. The rooms provide good facilties and the staff (front of house, housemaids, and back of house) provide a friendly and courteous service to visitors. I recommend this hotel to all travellers to Adelaide.

Couldn't fault a thing! The room was clean, modern, high tech, comfortable and had everything we needed. The hotel's restaurant was fabulous and the hotel staff.... amazing! The valet parking was a breeze and very welcomed. Proximity to the Mall is within short walking distance and it's in a safe area. This is probably the best hotel we've stayed in around Australia. We will make this our go-to for all future visits to Adelaide.

Really happy with the hotel stay. The location, cleanliness, ambience, food - all perfect. Most importantly the staff particularly Tabish (if I got her name correct !) at the front office was extremely professional and suave. The only downside was that phone service through iPad wasn’t connecting which impacted the service response times. Minor issue though and am sure ephemeral. In a nutshell, definitely the best accomodation option in Adelaide

In our itinerary, it was clearly showing $25 food credit per room. Besides that, they didn’t offer it to us. We had to ask about it after checkout. Some of the Bespoke café and bar restaurant staff were rude. We have stayed in many 5-star hotels all over the world, but this hotel does not deserve a star hotel rating. Despite requesting room cleaning through the online system, no one came to clean the room. When questioned, they said they never received any request and that it must have been a glitch in the system. The TV was not working. Once we showed our concerns, a staff member came to our room, apologised, and tried to fix the issues. Hoping that after paying for a 5-star hotel, no one else has to go through what we experienced. However, some of the staff at the café were really nice and respectful.
