The Space:
This is a two-bedroom apartment featuring one King bed and one Queen bed, making it well suited for families or friends travelling together. The overall layout is comfortable and practical.
The living area is designed with large floor-to-ceiling windows, allowing plenty of natural light and connecting directly to the balcony. The dining table is positioned beside the windows, creating a bright and airy setting for meals. A selection of small toys is also provided in the living room, adding a relaxed and family-friendly touch.
The kitchen is fully equipped with essential appliances, kitchenware, crockery and cutlery, making it easy to prepare simple meals during your stay. The layout is clearly defined, with distinct areas for relaxing, dining and resting, ensuring a balanced and comfortable living experience.
Guest Access:
Guests will have exclusive access to the entire apartment, along with shared building facilities such as the pool and gym. Other common facilities within the building are primarily for residents’ use only.
Please note that shared facilities may occasionally be unavailable due to scheduled or unexpected maintenance carried out by the building management. Access to these facilities is managed by the building, and availability cannot always be guaranteed. No compensation will be provided in the event that these facilities are temporarily unavailable.

Cleanliness Concerns: If you are not completely satisfied with the cleanliness of the apartment upon arrival, please inform the host within 6 hours. We will arrange for a cleaner to address your concerns. Please note that no refunds will be issued if remediation is not allowed.
Check-Out: The apartment is professionally cleaned between stays. We kindly request that you return the apartment in a neat and tidy condition upon check-out. Any damages or excess cleaning required will be charged to the guest.
Guest Accuracy: To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, please ensure that the number of guests is accurately reflected at the time of booking.
Guest Verification: You may be required to provide a valid government-issued ID prior to check-in for verification purposes.
Storage Options: For temporary luggage storage on weekdays between 9:30 am and 5:00 pm, please visit our office at 239 Wright Street, Adelaide SA 5000. Alternatively, lockers are available at Adelaide Central Bus Station from 6:00 am to 9:30 pm daily.
Lost and Found: We keep lost and found items for up to two weeks. If you need to retrieve an item, please provide your current residential address, and we will arrange for it to be posted to you. Guests are responsible for all postage fees.
Welcome Amenities & Supplies: We provide a small welcome amenity pack to help you settle in comfortably at the start of your stay. For longer stays, or if additional items are needed beyond what is provided, guests are kindly requested to purchase these at their own expense.
