Comfortable Apartment

Everything was clean and organized. Modern decor throughout. More than enough space for two people guests. Area felt safe. Plenty of coffee shops and restaurants to explore in the area for a weekend stay. Tenants in the building are full time residents and were comfortable approaching me and starting a conversation at 10:30 pm. She had a handful of questions including what unit I was staying in and insisted we rode the elevator together and so she could escort me to the rental. When we made it to the door the polite tenant patiently waited for me to retrieve the code to access the apartment. She then proceeded to tell me her apartment is on the 3rd floor, and she will be heading there now. Overall, the stay was great. Downtown Adrian is clean and quiet. A bit of bustling happens on Main St. Would recommend this rental to a friend or family member.

Very nice apartment space for my son and I

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, the property is an older facility but was well maintained and clean. Many places within walking distance and quite area. The one comment is accessing the key fob was not easy. The lock box blends into the wall and is somewhat hidden behind trash cans that need emptied more often as the trash was hanging out all 6 cans. I did call the management company once we arrived and could not find the key fob and never received a call back. Luckily, we ended up finding it. We had a great weekend of fun and bonding. Appreciate the cleanliness.
