Quiet, peaceful & secluded, Serenity Lane Cottage is the perfect place to call home away from home! Built new in Fall of 2019! It is located next door to Erskine college. We have added a side patio with a charcoal grill and dining table!
Your own private lane and parking, full kitchen, coffee maker & coffee, laundry facilities, and dishwasher make staying with us relaxing and enjoyable!
Our location says Donald’s but we are actually on the outside of Due West and Erskine College.Serenity Lane Cottage is perfect for parents visiting college kids, tourists or someone simply looking for a quiet reprieve. We also welcome visitors to The Renaissance.

Our cottage is equipped with:

We've taken great care to furnish the space with simple yet comfortable furniture and decor, and you'll have full access to change the thermostat to whatever temperature you prefer.
Once inside, you'll find a bright, open floor plan with plenty of natural light (and blinds and curtains for privacy).
The kitchen and dining area are perfect for everything from making a cup of coffee or having a casual take-out meal, to cooking a full meal from scratch. We provide silverware, kitchen tools, pots and pans, a strainer, toaster, bowls, plates, glassware and more.
In the bathroom you'll find shampoo, conditioner and body wash, and plenty of towels and washcloths.
We are here to make this an enjoyable stay for you.

What an amazing find! The cottage is absolutely adorable, beautifully decorated, well equipped and so cozy. Close to Lander University where our daughter is attending. An unavoidable family issue caused us to need to come a night early and the hosts were very accommodating, communicative and friendly. Our 15 and 20 yr old daughters could not stop saying how cute everything was. It was very clean and we felt like all possible needs and comforts were met beyond expectation. Thank you David and Bonita for making this beautiful place available for us to enjoy! We will definitely be back since our daughter has 3 more years at Lander.

Comfy secluded cabin
