Plenty of seating with propane grill and propane flat top. Kids will enjoy venturing to the screened in downstairs deck...complete with ceiling fans and lighting. Perfect kids hang out. You will spend all of your time on the deck watching and enjoying the island animals and scenery...and peace and quiet! Great walking neighborhood...walk to Crown Point with H2O sports for all your boat and jet ski rental needs. Bernice Park for the beach, Shangri-La for golf, Grove for shopping. Indian Hills Marina for Barbs Chicken Fried Steak and Eggs...Doc's for Pizza and The Anchor for bar, sports, basketball, wiffle ball, video game room, pool, ping pong, foosball and more...it's all right there. The Perfect Lake Home

We loved our stay and didn’t want to leave. House is equipped well with everything you need. The Deck and screened in patio was where we spent most of our time. It is a peaceful setting with lots of outdoor comfy furniture to watch the wildlife and enjoy the scenery of Grand Lake. We will definitely go back to this clean and well equipped house.
