Make a fire in the wood burning fireplace and grab a good spot on the extra comfy sectional couch to cheer on your favorite team while watching the new curved TV. Enjoy the great room with kitchen dining living areas. Nestled in a quiet neighborhood, you can sip your morning coffee on the deck and watch the pelicans on the shore. Your stay will be unsurpassed with a large dining table to seat 10-12 with a large kitchen island for extra bar seating and an open kitchen to cook meals and enjoy your family and friends. The owners suite offers a king bed and private ensuite bathroom. One bedroom has a queen bed and ensuite bathroom. The other 2 bedrooms offer XL twin beds to accommodate adults as well as children. A sloping stone path leads down to the private dock to tie up your boat or water craft. Please note that the slope from the house to the dock can be challenging for those with limited mobility and the driveway to the house is also sloped. Play golf, tennis and pickeball at the exclusive Shangri La Resort just 2 miles away.

Beautiful home, plenty of rooms, comfortable beds. We came in winter but the boat dock will be fabulous to swim off of. I will note that when the water is low, the ramp is steep for sure. Definitely recommend home for large families and a quiet getaway!!
