On the first floor there are a hammam, a sauna and a jacuzi.

Truly beautiful property
All the rooms a good size and lots of moroccan mosaic bathrooms. The highlight without doubt is the 2 x 3 m screen in the upstairs room for watching netflix etc after dark. Such a superb addition is also a first for us a rental property. The pool although too cold for swimming in December is the biggest and best in over 10 properties we have previously rented. We used all the daylight hours and some of the evening ones sitting outside here since the garden was well lit. I believe it will now have out of season heating which would mean we probably would never have left the beautiful garden! We particular we enjoyed spotting the several tortoises living in the garden. Fatima deserves a special mention for doing ALL our washing up since the dishwasher didn't work and generally looking after the house during our stay. Rachid always on hand to tame banging shutters (we had some wind our first days) and start up the Hamman or sauna in the basement for when we returned from a day out. Wonderful additions to an already well appointed property. The house is secure in its own grounds and in a nice area only a short drive from down town.

Séjour en famille, 5 adultes et 2 enfants, du 06 au 13 août 2025. TrÚs belle villa située dans un quartier tranquille et proche du centre d'Agadir. Belle piscine avec une zone sécurisée pour les jeunes enfants. Le gardien Rachid met tout en oeuvre pour faciliter votre séjour et Rachida la femme de ménage effectue quotidiennement un ménage parfait. Avant notre arrivée nous avons pris contact avec Rachid pour caler quelques aspects pratiques : transport, repas du soir. Sur ses conseils avisés, nous avons renoncé à louer un véhicule pour recourir à des taxis pour nos déplacements locaux et à une agence de tourisme pour nos sorties (Fun Trips Agadir avec Zakaria comme chauffeur). Au final, bien plus simple, bien plus reposant pour un coût total équivalent. Nous avons pris tous nos repas du soir à la villa. Préparés par Rachid et son épouse nous nous sommes régalés. Grùce à vous tous, nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances. Toute notre reconnaissance et notre gratitude pour votre dévouement.

Exceptionnel! Un sĂ©jour parfait! Sur tous les points, la villa est spacieuse, dans un quartier calme et Ă la fois Ă proximitĂ© de toutes commoditĂ©s, la piscine est grande avec ce plus (petit bassin) pour les familles avec des petits, vraiment top, les enfants ont adorĂ©s! La cuisine est grande avec tout le nĂ©cessaire Ă disposition. Coup de cĆur chambre parentale et un des salons avec rĂ©troprojecteur. La villa 20/20Rachid, une personne exceptionnelle, attentionnĂ©, discret, serviable, dâune gentillesse incomparable et un vrai dictionnaire de bonnes adresses, nous avons dĂ©couvert grĂące Ă lui des restaurants, souks, lieus, plages jâen passe, Ă absolument faire et dĂ©couvrir, c est monsieur action rĂ©action. Rachida la femme de mĂ©nage est Pas en reste, adorable et discrĂšte, elle fait tout pour que vous en ayez le moins Ă faire voir Rien :) j ai tant Ă dire, nous sommes tous reconnaissants vis Ă vis de ces 2 personnes qui ont fait de notre sĂ©jour des vacances PARFAITES!!! MERCI !

Riad spacieux, propre, trÚs bien équipé. Le Gardien disponible, au petit soin, gentil et chaleureux. Rachida, femme de ménage, adorable, prévenante. visites dans les alentours agréables, les marocains chaleureux. Et les plats tout simplement délicieux. Pour louer une voiture, n'hésitez à passer par Rachid le gardien. Envie d'y retourner !!!

Superbe séjour
Les prestations annoncées par l'annoncent sont au RDV, rien à redire.
Le gardien Rachid, nous a accueilli parfaitement et il nous a accompagné pendant ce séjour d'une façon remarquable.
La propreté à notre arrivée n'était pas au niveau souhaité mais cela a été corrigé immédiatement. Merci c'était superbe.

TrÚs bon séjour tout confort
Nous avons passĂ© un excellent sĂ©jour dans la villa de Michel. Conforme Ă lâannonce, elle est spacieuse et bien Ă©quipĂ©e. Le gardien Rachid est aux petits soins pour ses hĂŽtes. La propretĂ© pourrait parfois ĂȘtre amĂ©liorĂ©e et certains Ă©quipements secondaires modernisĂ©s. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir dans cette villa.

TrĂšs bon sejour
Villa spacieuse, bien Ă©quipĂ©e, dans un quartier sĂ©curisĂ©. La villa est propre , le mĂ©nage est effectuĂ© tous les jours, grande piscine ( mais Ă rĂ©nover), hamam, sauna et jacuzzi trĂšs apprĂ©ciable. Merci Ă Rachid (qui a une fonction de gardien ) ... mais qui gĂšre dâune main de maĂźtre cette villa, Ă votre disposition 24h sur 24, , Ă votre Ă©coute et fait tout ce quâil faut pour que votre sĂ©jour soit une rĂ©ussite complĂšte, vraiment une personne exceptionnelle. PS: un barbecue serait vraiment un plus surtout pour prendre les repas sous la superbe pergola extĂ©rieure Ă cĂŽtĂ© de la piscine. Nous retournerons sans problĂšme pour un prochain sĂ©jour dans cette villa.
