Zag Aya dim. 4 mai 08:20 (il y a 2 jours)À NoSĂ©jour trĂšs agrĂ©able. Cet appartement est confortable avec une trĂšs belle terrasse ensoleillĂ©e dont on profite dĂšs le petit-dĂ©jeuner. SituĂ© Ă  la fois prĂšs de la mer et du centre-port, la voiture est restĂ©e sur le parking. Il est en retrait de la route et calme. Parfait pour famille avec enfants.

Urlaub in Cap d'Agde

Das Wetter in Cap d'Agde war sehr schön, die Lage der Wohnung und die Umgebung waren ruhig und sauber. Die Wohnung war etwas kleiner als erwartet, aber es war okay. Immerhin war es preislich sehr gĂŒnstig. Die Terrasse war recht groß und das Badezimmer war offensichtlich renoviert. Die Möbel entsprechen nicht mehr ganz den Fotos. Einige Dinge wurden geĂ€ndert. Das Geschirr war ausreichend und schön, die KĂŒche selbst war eher spĂ€rlich ausgestattet. Aber es war sauber und ordentlich. Der Concierge-Service war sehr liebenswĂŒrdig. Die SchlafzimmerschrĂ€nke waren voll mit Dingen aus der Wohnung: 2 elektrische Heizkörper, 1 Waschmaschine, 1 BĂŒgelbrett, ein BĂŒgeleisen, ein Staubsauger, zahlreiche KlappstĂŒhle ..... es gab kaum Platz zum Aufbewahren von Kleidung. Ansonsten sahen die Schlafzimmer ansehnlich aus. Schlimm war das WarmwassergerĂ€t, welches bis zu 3 Mal am Tag ausfiel. Am liebsten, wenn jemand duschte. Vielleicht sollte man doch einmal in ein neues GerĂ€t investieren? Insgesamt war der Urlaub angenehm, wir haben uns mit allem arrangiert und werden bestimmt noch einmal wiederkommen.

Appartement médiocre, aucune propreté

A l’arrivĂ©e, appartement sale, fourmis et miettes au niveau des joints de douches. Des restes de de se trouvaient dans le rĂ©frigĂ©rateur. Le frigo Ă©tait abĂźmĂ© et moisi sur la porte. Grosse couche de gras au niveau de la plaque de cuisson. Les matelas Ă©taient tachĂ©s, de nombreux poils et cheveux sur le matelas y figuraient, le linge de lit fournis Ă©tait tachĂ©s Ă©galement. Il est honteux, inadmissible, et dangereux de louer un appartement dans un tel Ă©tat. Pour se qui est de l’accueil, vous n’aurez pas d’état des lieux d’entrĂ©e, donc aucun papier signĂ©. J’ai demandĂ© un Ă©tat des lieux en bon et du forme afin de constater et signer les faits mais elle a insistĂ© ferment que celui ci n’était pas nĂ©cessaire Ă©tant donnĂ© qu’elle nous a Ă©numĂ©rĂ© les infos par tĂ©lĂ©phone. PropriĂ©taire et gĂ©rant du logement trĂšs mal poli. Ces faits et agissements se doivent d’ĂȘtre dĂ©noncĂ©s. Des mĂ©thodes Ă  revoir. Je ne recommande absolument pas ce logement.

A part le fait de ne pas avoir eu d’état des lieux d’arrivĂ©es suivi des bougies quasi toutes cassĂ©es, l’appartement Ă©tait agrĂ©able et la vue l’était aussi. Karima Ă  Ă©tĂ© Ă  l’écoute et a rĂ©pondu Ă  tous mes appels. Merci pour les vacances.

Logement pas conforme Ă  la description !

Nous avons réservé ce logement pour une durée de deux semaines. - Lors de notre arrivée on nous signale que le canapé est cassé, pas remplacé durant notre séjour ! - Un volet de la grande baie vitrée est cassé, pas réparé ou remplacé durant notre séjour ! - Lors de notre arrivé on nous signal que le chauffe-eau s'éteint parfois ! Il s'éteint en fait réguliÚrement et surtout lorsque nous prenons une douche. Nous avons contacté le propriétaire pour avoir un dédommagement, trois jours avant notre départ, il propose de rester une nuit supplémentaire. Impossible, obligation professionnel. Nous lui demandons un autre dédommagement. La série de mails débute pour finir sur rien du tout! Aucun dédommagement, pour le propriétaire les désagréments que nous avons subis pendant deux semaines ne nécessites aucun dédommagement. Le propriétaire ne sait pas prendre ses responsabilités lors de problÚmes avec son logement, il minimise les désagréments. Propriétaire peu recommandable, peu scrupuleux, manque total de professionnalisme.

Schöne FeWo, ruhig, gute Lage, Parkplatz, gute Betreuung. KĂŒche und Bad etwas in die Jahre gekommen, was fehlt, ein Grill auf dem Balkon, die Duschkabine (nur Vorhang).
