Great vacation apartment for family to enjoy the sea
We spent great holidays in Cap DAgde, the flat has everything you need, it has garden and overlooks the sea, which is great option. You can reach center of the town over the bridge which is 2 min away from the flat. The flat is equipped with everything you need, in the kitchen, garden, and bedroom. The hosts are very friendly, we could enter the house 1 hour earlier than discussed. We definitely would like to come back.

Great location overlooking the sea, lovely dining, lounge area and terrace.
Excellent location in Cap d'Agde. On the positive side, spacious dining and lounge area and lovely gardens. Good facilities, comfortable and is well equipped. On the negative side, no storage facilities at all in master bedroom on ground floor and washing nachine is through the bathroom. The staircase to the rooms upstairs is very narrow but overall experience is positive and we will come back again.

Schöne Lage
Die Lage zum Meer ist sehr gut. Das Haus ist das letzte in der Reihe und somit sehr ruhig gelegen. Der nächste Strand ist Kieselstrand. Zum Hafen und zu den Restaurants sehr nah.

Tolle Lage, Unterkunft etwas älter. Mietvertrag beachten -1200 EUR Kaution, Endreinigung nötig!!
Cap d'Agde ist ein sehr schöner Urlaubsort und diese Wohnung liegt sehr gut, die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich. Allerdings muss man den Mietvertrag sehr genau lesen, denn man muss bei der Ankunft 1200 EUR Kaution stellen. Zudem zahlt man zwar eine Servicegebühr über FeWo Direkt, aber man muss die Wohnung am Ende selber reinigen. Wir konnten dazu keine andere Vereinbarung treffen. Es ist schade, dass sich auf so wichtige Grundangaben kein Hinweis auf der Hauptseite findet und man sich dazu mit dem französichen Vertrag im Anhang auseinander setzten muss. Die Wohnung ist auch schon etwas älter (70er Jahre Anlage) und in den oberen Zimmern wird es im Sommer recht warm, die Klimaanlage steht im EG. Bäder sind recht klein. Von der Wohnung aus sind mehrere Strände, der Ort und der Hafen einfach und gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Der Parkplatz ist direkt vorm Haus. Das alles ist sehr komfortabel.

Séjour formidable au Cap d'Agde
Location en tout point conforme à l'annonce. Procédure d'arrivée top avec toutes les explications nécessaires nous permettant de profiter un maximum de la maison et de son emplacement unique. Location spacieuse, très bien équipée et propre. Les propriétaires nous ont permis une arrivée et un départ très simple etc encore un grand merci à eux. Nous recommandons vivement la location.

Belle résidence mais pas au niveau du tarif proposés
La location est idéalement située dans un état correct mais pas au niveau du prix demandé, donc soit prix à revoir de façon importante soit remise en état extérieur et intérieur à réalisés au niveau des sanitaires, bruit de réseaux importants la nuit, manque d'eau chaude lors d'utilisation des deux douches assez ancienne et petite, remise au propre des chambres de l'étage, manque de moustiquaire ou clim à l'étage (zone avec pas mal de moustiques le soir) , la clim du rdc ne sert pas à grand chose elle est mal situé est ne rafraîchit que le salon. Cuisine OK, terrasse extérieure de belle taille mais une borduration des pentes éviterai que la terre et poussière salisse en permanence celle ci et la maison. (le terrain étant en pente), aménagement du terrain à revoir zone de terre inutile autour de la terrasse.

Un séjour parfait!
C'est l'endroit parfait pour passer de belles vacances en famille! La maison est spacieuse, très propre et joliment décorée, particulièrement lumineuse grâce aux baies vitrées et parfaitement bien équipée, en tous points conforme à la description. Nous nous sommes sentis comme chez nous! Nous avons tout particulièrement apprécié la vue panoramique sur la mer ainsi que le petit jardin, qui a fait le bonheur des enfants. L'endroit est calme, commerces et plages sont facilement accessibles à pied, et il y a plein de balades et d'activités à faire dans la région. Je recommande sans hésiter! J'en profite pour remercier les propriétaires pour leur accueil chaleureux et leurs précieux conseils!
