Appartement crade
Nous avons du faire le ménage en arrivant. Casseroles sales, couvercles avec tâches de gras, abattant WC avec tâche d'urine, aérateur noir de crasse et déposé, congélateur pas dégivré avec des tâches, lèche-frites dans le four pleine de graisse, pas d'alèse sur les matelas et oreiller, dégoulinure sur le carrelage mural de la cuisine, ventilateur couvert de poussière (plusieurs années de service sans nettoyage) . Nous avons fait des photos transmises au gérant et à notre association de consommateurs qui gère le dossier maintenant. Le gérant est venu constater l'état de l'appartement. A priori c'est le propriétaire qui occupait l’appartement avant notre arrivée. De plus il avait oublié de laisser la télécommande d'ouverture du parking.
