Equipped kitchen area: dishwasher, large fridge, television, microwave, vacuum cleaner and coffee maker. Two bedrooms with 140 cm bed. A cabin bedroom with two bunk beds. Large bathroom. 2 toilets, one of which is separate. Veranda + Garden. Private parking in front of the garage.
Deposit : 390 euros. Administrative fees: 29 euros + Tourist tax to be paid on site max. 6.62 euros /day/adult person. Pack rental of sheets and towels: 20 euros. Cleaning from 90 euros or to do it yourself on the day of departure. Arrival : from 5 [hidden] to 7 [hidden], you have 24 hours to notify us of any malfunction. Departure before 11 [hidden] : make an appointment on arrival because someone is coming to carry out the inventory. Insurance : please send us your civil responsability certificate, otherwise the insurance costs 24 euros.
