Located in St Vincent, in a quiet and residential area of Grau d'Agde, this one-storey house with its private garden to the south and its enclosed courtyard (parking) to the north, allows you to accommodate up to 5 people.

- upstairs: a large bedroom with wardrobe (140 cm bed + 90 cm bed), a small bedroom (120 cm bed) and a south facing balcony solarium.
