Wir haben und sehr wohl gefühlt, Sebastien ist ein toller Gastgeber und wir haben unseren 10 tägigen Aufenthalt genießen können. Pool ist optimal, es gibt 2 kleine Grills und Holzkohle, Klimaanlage lief ohne Probleme, wie hatten zu dritt ausreichend Platz. Der Hyper U ist mit dem Auto keine 5 Minuten und mit dem Fahrrad 10 Minuten entfert.Strandmit dem Rad in 15 Minuten zu erreichen. Gerne wieder!

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour.L’annonce est conforme au descriptif.La maison et les parties extérieures avec la terrasse ombragée, la piscine et le boulodrome sont très agréables.Le quartier est très calme tout en étant proche des commerces.Nous remercions Sébastien Grosjean qui est très accueillant et réactif. Il a aussi pris le temps de nous présenter Agde et les alentours lors de notre arrivée, ce qui est très appréciable.Nous recommandons avec plaisir cette location.

Très bonne semaine à Agde ! Nous étions trois et les enfants ont adoré la piscine. La maison est calme, confortable, et bien équipée, avec l’air conditionné; tout est conforme à l’annonce. Elle est aussi idéalement située près d’un Carrefour Express et d’une boulangerie. Merci à Sébastien pour son accueil et sa communication parfaite. Nous recommandons vivement et aimerions revenir !

La maison est agréable, climatisation pour les personnes qui ont du mal avec la chaleur. Seul bémol pas d'échelle ou escalier dans la piscine, donc accès difficile pour les personnes avec des problèmes de dos par exemple.

100% Perfekt!

Wir waren absolut begeistert von diesem Haus und dem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis! Wir haben uns von vornherein wohlgefühlt. Es war sehr sauber, wir hatten viel Platz und es gibt eine gute Klimaanlage. Die Küche ist groß und besitzt alles was man braucht. Die Betten sind sehr bequem und wenn man braucht, gibt es auch Ventilatoren zur Verfügung. Das Bad ist neu renoviert und auch die Dusche ist perfekt. Die Terasse ist sehr groß und gemütlich, der Pool ist klein aber fein, uns hat es Vollkommen gereicht. Der restliche Garten war sehr gepflegt und es gibt auch eine Boulbahn. Das Grundstück lässt sich inklusive Auto mit einem Tor abschließen, das Haus liegt relativ Zentral und man braucht wenige Minuten zu einem riesigen Supermarkt und zu einer tollen Bäckerei zu der man in 5 min auch zu fuss läuft. Die Lage ist wahnsinnig ruhig und wir sind nach dieser Woche absolut entspannt. Die Kommunikation mit dem Besitzer lief einwandfrei! Wir hatten noch nie so ein gemütliches und sauberes Ferienhaus und wollen definitiv wieder kommen.

Entspannter Urlaub in ruhiger Umgebung

Wir (Gruppe von vier Erwachsenen) haben den Urlaub sehr genossen. Die Ferienwohnung hat fast alles, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub benötigt. Der Pool ist zwar klein, reicht aber zur Abkühlung völlig aus. Supermarkt und Bäcker sind in der Nähe und die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Maison très agréable pour une famille avec de jeunes enfants,

Maison très agréable, avec une grande pièce à vivre mais surtout un extérieur super sympa. La piscine n’est pas très grande mais parfaite pour nos enfants de 8 et 10 ans. Les alentours sont très calmes, les voisins bienveillants (retour du ballon des enfants qui passait le mur quasiment tous les jours ...), à quelques encablures des plages. Nous recommandons l’adresse avec beaucoup de plaisir.

Propriétaire arrangeant, villa propre et calme

Nous étions un groupe de 6 personnes. La villa correspond très bien aux photos, en mieux. Même si la piscine reste un légèrement petite, on peut quand même s'y amuser. Grande terrasse, grande cuisine et grand salon pour 6 et assez d'éclairage pour la nuit. Tout était très propre et très fonctionnel. Pas de soucis avec le voisinage (en limitant le son de la musique tout de même). L'Hyper U et l'Intermarché se trouvent à moins de 5mn en voiture, une boulangerie est à moins de 10mn à pied et est plutôt correcte. Possibilité de se garer dans la cour (2 voitures) et dans la rue sans problème. La plage n'est pas si loin que ça mais il est préférable de prendre la voiture, on trouve toujours une place (3€ les 12H). Sébastien a été très arrangeant pour notre arrivée et notre départ. Une très bonne villa, nous y retournerons avec plaisir.
