Disliked: Staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
The hotel is under construction while they sell online rooms. We booked on 29th of May and till 5th July they did not even inform us regarding the fact that they will not provide accomondation. We reached the hotel after our reservation driving 1 hour from Rethymno town and they did not even apologize for not having an available room for our reservation.
