As you enter the open plan accommodation, Dolphin Dreamin' with magnesium plunge pool is your go to holiday destination. An easy 300 metre flat walk to the northern most Surf beach on the east coast. Consisting of 4 Bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms Double storey Unit in town. Walk/ride to shops and cafes, perfect for the family/friends Getaway.
Fully fenced yard with synthetic grass, also being Pet Friendly for 1 pet including their own bed.

The Space:
Master King Bedroom with walk in robe a private balcony to take in a sunset and catch the sea breeze.
3 Queen Beds all with linen supplied. Airconditioned in Master bedroom and 1 Queen room upstairs. All rooms have ceiling fans and Built In wardrobes.

The High ceilings with screened louvre windows keeping the natural light as you enter the open plan living and dining rooms leading to the fully stocked kitchen with Gas cooktop and electric oven and the coffee pod machine. Sliding door onto back patio with outdoor dining, BBQ, pool lounges a hammock and another bed for the dog !

Downstairs is 1 queen bedroom and large laundry and separate toilet. Upstairs is the remainder bedrooms with a large bathroom with spa bath and separate shower and toilet.

Side gate entrance with hot/cold shower to rinse off the sand after your daily surf/swim.
