Ideal couple for romantic stay (or couple with a child)
Brand new, completely renovated for the 2019 season, a two-room apartment (35m2 and 5m2 balcony) located on the first floor with entrance, bathroom with toilet and shower, living room with loggia sea view and bedroom with sea view also. All completely renovated and fully equipped (washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, induction hob, fridge with freezer box, oven and microwave ...).
Apartment bathed in light, the sea as far as the eye can see! Luxury, calm and voluptuousness... The impression of being on the sea at high tide.
Small entrance (geometric wallpaper), bathroom with shower and toilet, living room with sofa bed, coffee tables, Scandinavian row, TV, dining table for 4, fully equipped kitchen, bedroom with double bed 140X200. South-west exposure, very bright apartment, the two picture windows give on the sea.
The apartment is 35 m2, the loggia (covered balcony) 5 m2 will allow you to enjoy the exceptional view.

The reservation is made in high season for 7 nights minimum of Saturday (entry at 16H) to Saturday (departure before 11am). Possibility of shorter stay possibly on request. Do not hesitate to send a message for any particular request, I will answer you as soon as possible!
The residence is directly on the dike, hence its name, shops in the center of Coutainville are a few meters. You can forget the car and live on foot. The white sand beach is right in front of the apartment.
Everything is new, carefully selected for an exceptional experience in any season.
Whether it's sunny or in gray weather, the view of the sea and the tides offers a rare and poetic spectacle, the impression of being in a cruise ship ... without the seasickness!
Ideal apartment for two people, two extra beds are possible in the comfortable and brand new sofa bed in the living room - sleeping 140/200 (on request).
The decor is refined in the art deco and Nordic taste we like: beautiful mural in the living room, chandelier globes, fully equipped black kitchen matt tile subway in the kitchen and bathroom. Charm and comfort!
No hidden fees: everything is included in the price of the week: EDF, Wifi, bed linen, towels, tea towels ..., household entrance and exit. The bed will be made upon arrival, personalized and attentive welcome by the owner.
Only a deposit of 500 euros will be required on the day of your arrival (by check not cashed or cash) and will of course be returned within three days of your departure.
Coutainville is the ideal place to discover Normandy and visit Mont St Michel or the landing beaches. It is a seaside resort with certain charm, not yet too known, authentic. We come back often ...

L'appartement est idéalement situé, face à la plage (avec accès direct). Je ne me lassais pas d'admirer le paysage changeant au fil des marées. Les hôtes sont très accueillants. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour paisible et ressourçant dans cette charmante station balnéaire . Nous avons fait le plein d’ air , de lumière , de soleil , de mer, de terre et de nature .. et de doux moments partagés à deux . L’ appartement contemporain est ravissant et douillet , la décoration est originale , délicate et harmonieuse . Un store devrait être bientôt installé sur la terrasse très ensoleillée pour en profiter pleinement . La vue mer est saisissante avec ses magnifiques couchers de soleil et nous avons eu la chance d’ apercevoir de la terrasse des dauphins ,pour notre plus grande joie .

Es war eine wunderbare Woche, die wir dort verbracht haben. Es gibt absolut nichts zu beanstanden. Ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen. Alles sauber und gepflegt, das Bett bequem, die Begrüßung aufgrund unserer minimalen Französischkenntnisse auf englisch. Den Ausblick auf das Meer und wie es sich ständig verändert habe ich stundenlang genossen.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié cette location avec vue sur mer exceptionnelle, son accès directe sur la plage et son emplacement au centre ville, avec un équipement de qualité et une déco moderne de très bon goût. Seul bémol à mettre à notre appréciation, l'absence d'une place de parking réservée, obligeant à trouver se garer assez loin en haute saison.

Excellent emplacement, on se croirait directement sur la plage, c’est magique !

Tout est conforme à l’annonce. Appartement très cosy. Joli déco, très propre et cette vue incroyable. Il n’a pas fait beau cette semaine mais il y a quand même eu un jour de soleil et le coucher de soleil était superbe. À 50 m des commerces (recommandations suivies pour la terrine de saumon :-), la Cale, etc.) Merci pour cette jolie parenthèse !
