The building looks old but interiors are good,rooms were clean and Mr Vivek at the front desk was amazing ,i had some issues regarding the payment and he was more accomodating as co.pared to the other staff.A smile and happy behaviour goes a long way.

The hotel was comfortable, clean and in a good location. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The bedroom was an excellent size with good shower and comfy bed. The breakfast had a good varied choice.

Hotel Plaza location is good, very close to the Taj Mahal, which was our reason for the 1 night stay. Their rooftop bar and restaurant was really good, we had a nice dinner with live music. We didn't like our room, bathroom was outdated and disgusting, bathroom looked like museum piece, all rusty, couldn't see your face. Room size was good, cleanness was ok but bedding looked old and bed was uncomfortable. Ok for overnight stay, especially if your main reason is to visit Taj Mahal. Thanks

My room was not ready the way i wanted it had checked in came to the room and went back to reception to ask for the beds to to split up in twin. I had requested this during my booking. Had to wait another 40min for the rooms to be rearranged

The hotel is old & smells stuffy. Some areas like lobby & rooms are fine but bathrooms are outdated & old. Looks like some portions are renovated or painted but other areas are neglected & brings the hotel down. The gym is outdated & in poor condition. The breakfast buffet was good.
