I would just like to thank Wilson at the tour desk . Wilson put together a guide tour including a driver which covered all major tourist attractions in Agra , Taj Mahal, Agra fort , baby Taj and Mehta buhg gardens . My guide was Nick & his knowledge was great . Yes I rate Taj Agra , 5 star but sometimes a tour of the local area can elevate your recommendation, after all travel is about experiences. Well done on everything Taj Agra . Service excellent

Had an incredible stay at the property. Everything about the hotel was top notch. A big shoutout to the duty manager Saransh soni who found out it was our daughter’s 11th birthday and made an effort to get the room decorated and even sent a card and a cake to the room at night. Everyone was very helpful and went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. If you want a 5 star stay at a five star property, I would Highly recommend Taj Agra.

The room was in good condition but this is an average Taj hotel . Not even close to some of the others and I think it lets the brand down in many ways. Not many luxury hotel offerings in Agra. Personally I would stay at a boutique guest house in future

Its a beautiful hotel, rooms is spacious and clean. Stunning inifinity pool overlooking in Taj Mahal. So much choices of food in their restaurant. Staff are extremely helpful and very friendly. Highly recomment this hotel.

We stayed at the Taj Agra during our trip, and the experience was comfortable, and exactly what you expect from a Taj property. The hotel has a level of polish that makes the stay feel special from the moment you arrive. Our room was spacious and well maintained, with thoughtful touches throughout. The staff were courteous and professional, always ready to help with anything we needed. The dining options were excellent. The location is perfect for visiting the Taj Mahal, which made our early‑morning visit incredibly convenient. Being able to reach the monument so quickly was a huge plus. We were traveling with our one‑year‑old, and the team was very accommodating helping with small requests, ensuring we were comfortable, and making the stay smooth for our family. Everything was top notch, giving a shoutout to the 20 min Taj show. Rooms were quite spacious. Everything you would expect from Taj hotels and more.

Room was disappointing and unusual for the Brand. The room smelled like old tobacco, very musty. I understand that the facility is being renovated, so would expect the usual Taj excellence to be restored soon.

Lovely hotel, great room. The chef in the multi cuisine restaurant was very attentive to the fact that our son had a severe nut and sesame allergy which was very reassuring. The bar/restaurant on the roof was not busy but the staff weren’t very attentive either. Maybe it was due to the wet weather but certainly there was a difference between the two restaurants. We did not end up eating on the roof terrace as a result. Overall it’s a lovely hotel and the staff are wonderful.
