Disliked: Staff & service
Did not get past reception. Stay booked for 2 adults but their system only showed the booking for one person and they did not seem to want to do anything about that. Ended up staying at an international brand hotel. 2nd floor of the building was undergoing renovation so had building materials all over the place. Reception looked new and bright but unless you are male, I wouldn’t recommend booking here as the reception area had men lurking around the reception desk. My wife did not feel comfortable in the area whilst we were attempting to check in.
