This comfortable two-bedroom weatherboard cottage is located on the beach side of the Great Ocean Road.

The Space:
You can stroll to the cliff top walk and Sandy Gully Beach. Open plan living / dining / kitchen with great private rear deck catching the afternoon sun. Relax and enjoy the outlook over the bush gully in this quiet no through road.

Linen is NOT included at this property.
The property will have mattress protectors, pillows and doonas in covers on all beds.

Good location, great views of the trees

There are no blinds on both the bedroom’s and lounge room’s large windows & doors. Being in the trees I don’t think anyone can see in but it may not suit you if you don’t want to wake up with the sun, or if you have children that won’t sleep unless a room is dark.
