Welcome to your cosy coastal retreat, nestled in a peaceful court in Aireys Inlet. While there’s no formal driveway, parking is easy—just pull up on the grassy nature strip or under the shade of the established trees at the front of the home. Wander up to the front deck and step inside through the charming timber door, where your relaxing escape begins.
You’ll arrive into the open-plan living area, a warm and inviting space filled with natural light thanks to pitched ceilings and a central skylight. Comfy couches and two bean bags provide plenty of space to relax—whether you're watching a movie on the TV and soundbar, flipping through one of the books on hand, or simply enjoying a quiet moment. A split system ensures the space stays comfortable year-round—cool in summer and cosy in winter.
Flowing off the living area is the dining and kitchen space, making it easy to gather, share meals, and connect. The dining table seats six and includes a high chair for little ones. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, including a fridge, stove, oven, toaster, kettle, and microwave (conveniently stored in the pantry). For coffee lovers, there’s a Nespresso pod machine—just be sure to bring your favourite pods. There are windows along the kitchen and dining area that bring in natural light and views of the back yard, adding a serene touch to your morning breakfast routine.
Follow the hallway to access the rest of this cottage. On the right, you'll find Bedroom 2, featuring a double bed, built-in storage, and its own window looking out onto the front deck/yard. Up next on the right is the master bedroom with a queen-sized bed, built-in robes, and a portable heater. A large window also looks out over the front deck and leafy greenery from the trees, offering a peaceful place to unwind.
On the left side, Bedroom 3 is perfect for kids or additional guests, with a single bed and a set of single bunks, along with built-in robes and views of the backyard.
A separate toilet is conveniently located just before the laundry room, which is fully equipped with a washing machine, clothes dryer, and everything you need for longer stays. The bathroom, accessible through the laundry, includes a shower-over-bath and a vanity, ideal for family use.
From the laundry, step out into the fully fenced backyard—a safe and grassy space for kids to run around or for your dog to enjoy a bit of freedom. In the afternoons, the area is dappled with shade, making it the perfect spot to play or relax.
At the front of the house, the sunny deck is your outdoor haven. With a BBQ and plenty of comfortable seating, it’s ideal for enjoying a relaxed drink or simply soaking up the front yard views. The mature trees in the front yard offer excellent shade throughout the day, making it a beautiful spot to read a book, sip your coffee, or watch the kids play.
