L'appart situĂ© Ă  10 mn de la gare routiĂšre nous a permis de voyager facilement sans louer de voiture. Le logement Ă©tait conforme Ă  nos attentes et le propriĂ©taire attentionnĂ© pour nous faciliter un accĂšs rapide lors de notre arrivĂ©e. Au cƓur de la ville nous avons dĂ©couvert Aix et les environs avec un rĂ©el bonheur.

Bon appartement mais nuits sans repos

L'appartement est bien Ă©quipĂ© y compris en trĂšs bon double vitrage, cependant en raison de la chaleur il faut laisser les fenĂȘtres ouvertes et le quartier ne dort qu'entre 02h du matin et 07h, ce qui donnent des nuits courtes et peu repatrices, pas idĂ©al lorsqu'on cherche du repos.

SĂ©jour fatigant au Centre d’Aix en Provence

Bonsoir , Nous avons Ă©tĂ© surprises lors de notre sĂ©jour de trouver un appartement dĂ©fraĂźchi qui a pourtant un certain charme mais qui mĂ©riterait d’ĂȘtre repeint et nettoyĂ© pour le mobilier du salon : housses de canapĂ©s , coussins et fauteuils . Par rapport Ă  l’annonce oĂč il est question de 2 chambres , il y a seulement une chambre conforme avec salle de bain et porte qui ne fermait pas . Quand Ă  l’autre « chambre » c’était plutĂŽt une alcĂŽve donnant sur le salon sans porte ni rideau ... Enfin les plaques Ă©lectriques s’allumaient mais ne chauffaient pas , nous avons dĂ» aller souvent au restaurant ce qui n’était pas vraiment prĂ©vu ...Pour finir cet appartement est placĂ© au dessus d’un restaurant dit «  le Voltaire » installĂ© rĂ©cemment . Nous avons dĂ» supporter les travaux du patron en pleine nuit Ă  2h du matin et 7h qui n’a pas tenu compte du repos du voisinage et avec sa perceuse a commencĂ© Ă  faire sauter les tomettes de la chambre oĂč je dormais . Nous avons prĂ©venu le propriĂ©taire . Le quartier est bruyant et sale (prĂ©sence de rats dans notre rue )car les poubelles sont trop petites . Nous avons regrettĂ© d’avoir louĂ© cet appartement car il Ă©tait difficile d’y dormir correctement , la vie nocturne ne s’arrĂȘtant pas avant 2 ou 3h du matin .

CafetiÚre neuve, machine à laver trÚs silencieuse, appartement spatieux et lumineux, idéalement situé au centre ville, pas de parking attitré mais possibilité de trouver des places gratuites à 10 min à pied autour de la rue Tholozan, Centre ville d Aix en Provence trÚs trÚs agréable et beaucoup de chose à faire aux alentours, parfait pour decouvrir la Provence on a adoré !

Mycket centralt lÀge men likvÀl lugnt och tyst nÀr man kommit in. Rent och snyggt och kommunikationen med Àgaren fungerar bra. SÀngarna Àr sköna, linnet ingÄr, och duschen Àr bra (enorm varmvattentank). LÀgenheten Àr troligen frÄn 16-1700-tal, högt till tak och fin stukatur. Man kÀnner historiens vingslag. Det enda man kan anmÀrka pÄ Àr möblemanget, inte sÀrskilt ambitiöst, men om man betÀnker det förhÄllandevis resonabla priset Àr helhetsintrycket ÀndÄ vÀldigt positivt. Rekommenderas!

Appartement agréable

Bon accueil. Appartement agrĂ©able, propre et trĂšs bien situĂ© pour qui veut sĂ©journer en centre ville. La 1Ăšre chambre est sĂ©parĂ©e mais la 2e donne sur le salon, sans porte. La salle de bain est dans l'une des 2 chambres. Je serais prĂȘte Ă  reprendre cet appartement lors d'un passage Ă  Aix.

It could be better with some changes

I stayed in Aix with my family of four people in August. The first impression wasn’t very good: the building main door was dirty, the old flat had the tiles of the floor damaged,the toilet pipes made some noise. But then we could appreciate the very central location, the new,large and well working shower and the confortable beds. The flat is essential and it needs some works, but is cheap and the owner didn’t ask us any deposit. at the moment it is good just for people with some spirit of adaptability.
