Vétuste et sombre

Cet appartement est très loin de sa préservation sur ce site, il est vetuste, ( meubles de cuisine , robinet cassé, mal équipé pour y cuisiner ) A peu pres propre, sauf la vaisselle assez sale, il est surtout extrêmement sombre, une seule fenetre pour toute les pieces, ce qui veut dire que la chambre, salle de bain et toilette sont dans la nuit tout le temps. Le seul point positif est la petite terrasse ( a condition d'etre assez agile pour escalader la fenetre , car l appartement et semi enterré et non pas en rez de chaussez ) Il était très humide quand je suis arrivé et j ai eu le droit a d'horribles odeurs d'egouts ( j'ai compris pourquoi il y avait autant de bouteilles de desodorisants à l'interieur !!) Les voisins très matinaux ( sortent tous les jours vers 6h du matin en claquant les portes et j' en passe ... ) Cet appartement est loué à des étudiants a l'année et il est plus de deux fois plus cher l' été. Quartier plutot calme , proche du centre ville, avec une magnifique boutique de produits bios a 150 m en contrebas sur le même trottoir.

Bien pour courte durée, si le ménage est fait ..

Les draps n'étaient pas propre à notre arrivée.... Problème avec la femme de ménage paraît-il... L'ensemble du studio n'était pas bien propre en effet, cuvette des toilettes sale, vitre de douche aussi, un peu poussiéreux dans les coins, pouls de chat/chien sur le peyit canapé... Le propriétaire ou gérant est venu tout de suite pour nous dire nner des draps propres cependant, heureusement, le minimum. Emplacement bien situé par rapport au centre ville, attention couloir pour arriver sentant très fort la cigarette. Lit passable pour le confort. Peu lumineux. Plutôt bien équipé avec lave-linge, pas mal de rangement, bonjour nos volets. Au total, ok pour un passage rapide et apparemment peu cher par rapport de la ville, si propreté est au moins là.
