２回の滞在で「極力避けたいホテル」にリストイン。
正月４泊ほどと今回と滞在しましたが、とにかく部屋の作りが安普請で建物が新しいだけの２つ星級。利用２回目で今回は延泊の予定もあったのですがタマらず、駅前のホテルに「避難移動」させて頂きました。 １：エアコンの位置がベットの真上&寝る方向と並行で且つ吹き出しの方向が暖房だと下向きにしかならず乾燥温風直撃&男性従業員に調整法を伺いましたが「出来ないなら出来ません」の回答。最低限「お調べしてみます。」じゃないでしょうか？ホスピタリティ０だと思います。おかで夫婦２人とも連泊で喉が腫れ酷い咳に。デジタルの湿度計持っていましたが枕のあたりの湿度35％！で加湿空気清浄機じゃ無理。 ２：正月の滞在の事もあり今回、予約時エアコンなんとかなりませんか？の要望入れたら、「オイルヒーター用意します。」とご提案までは良かったが、自宅でも使用していて暖まり方を知っているので「そのヒーターは暖房能力足りるものですか？」と確認したら「私は大丈夫でした」の女性従業員回答を信頼して予約。でも最高温度でずっとONでも明らかに、能力不足でうすら寒い、イヤな温度にしかならず。騙された感です。 ３：部屋狭すぎ。窓際カウンターの椅子に座るとベットに当たり冷蔵庫の位置までは通せんぼ。２人だといちいちベットに上がり通る必要あり、これ意外と怠く、これじゃあ２人部屋じゃないよね。 ４：フロントへの連絡は室内には無く各階廊下のエレベーターの前に電話機１台。シャワー後とか廊下に出で電話、は女性はかなり嫌だと思うし冬は寒い。スマホで電話して、で私は良いのですが、最低限、最初に説明すべき。又、滞在中のホテルで部屋からフロントに外線って滞在者は遠慮するし通話料嫌な方もいると思います。 ５：建物の断熱が不足？角部屋のせいもあるのか、とにかく部屋の保温性が悪いく常時、薄寒い。 ６：１階に浴場はあるが温泉でなく沸かし湯銭湯です。 　　情報まで。 ７：チェックアウト後も１階の朝食スペース使用可は 　　他のビジネスホテルと同じ。 ８：付近はうらぶれた夜の飲み屋街・川反（カワバ 　　タ）で郷土料理店はいいが食の選択肢少ない。 　　フロントで「歩いて行けるところに普通の定食 　　屋ありますか」（雪なので）と、聞いたら１軒だけ 　　ラーメン屋紹介され（ラーメン屋じゃん）と思い 　　つつも「定食ありますかね？」と聞いた「・・・・ 　　」、いいけど行かないですよね。ただ私なら一回 　　は行ってみる乃至はフロントで情報取って共有し 　　ます。 ９：バス停はずぐ近くにあるが本数少なく車が無いと 　　不便、ひらけている秋田駅西口までは歩いて 　　２０分で降雪時は歩き嫌。タクシーは1000円弱。 　　そういう意味でのロケーションは下の上。 10：２回ともチェックアウト後、他のホテルと比べ 　　体調悪い感&倦怠感の残るホテルでした。
