Stayed at the Holiday Inn Express in Fairlawn and was very pleased with the experience. The room was spotless, the staff was genuinely kind, and the property offered a nice gym and pool that we enjoyed. The complimentary breakfast was average but convenient. The hotel’s location is also very practical for nearby shopping, dining, and highway access. Would stay again.

Great breakfast and staff, great location. Bed was really comfortable. Room was not very clean. Hairs on the shower, stains on the linens (bed and towels) and you could see that it was not deep cleaned in most areas. Lights flickered a lot, very noisy fridge.

Decent stay but room in need of cleaning

The desk staff was wonderful and the bed was comfortable. However, one of the drawers under the television had 5 of what looked like used washrags in it. The bottom sheet on the bed had a huge stain on it. The tub was a Jacuzzi tub with jets - the jets and filter were filthy and the shower head was dirty.
