The room wasn’t clean when I got there. When they did clean it, they never cleaned the countertops. The beds were completely average and the ac/heater did not work like they should.

Had to wait for desk clerk to check in and received no greeting at all. King sheets didn't fit and I had to keep moving through the night so I wouldn't be sleeping on the exposed mattress. Also, breakfast was pretty limited.

There was trash in the weeds surrounding the parking area. We have been staying at this property for more than 20 years and have watched it slide downhill. It badly needs renovation. The desk service was unfriendly; one clerk almost didn't give us a bottle of water on request, even though we were staying there for 4 nights. And the breakfast, with its processed food and plastic bowls and utinsels has forced us to seek breakfast elsewhere.
