The floors were dirty and stained and the hot tub was only warm, not hot. We asked for towels and never got them. Most of the pillows were very hard and well worn. The a/c worked well and the mattress was comfortable

Rooms need chair height toilet screens were bent out drawers on the dresses wouldn’t stay closed other than that. The place is really nice. Staff is wonderful. Could just be brought out the date a little bit not the end of the world I would still go back.

The biggest issue i have was how dirty our room was and the broken furniture! I attempted multiple times to get compensation and im still waiting!

The rooms were not the cleanest or nicest and the pool area was riddled with dirt and grime. The hot tub had dark brown debris floating across the top and was too bubbly. It kind of ruined the experience for us.

1st room dog hair everywhere carpet ,sink etc.. 2nd room was told it was one of their best rooms...toilet kept running then just overflowed water everywhere...Condomn on right side of the floor by the bed. So that tells me vacumming these rooms isnt being done. They moved me 2x within a 3day stay.

Old and run down. Safe enough to stay overnight but we sure wondered. We didnt know the area and the car did not get broken into. Beds were nice, sheets were clean. And they gave individual bottles of travel shampoo.

I stayed at this hotel for one night, and I would not recommend it to anyone. The first room I was given was filthy and completely outdated. After I complained, they switched me to another room, which was slightly better—but still far from acceptable. The shower wall in the second room was covered in hair from previous guests, which was incredibly unhygienic and disgusting. The sheets were stained, and the furniture looked dirty and worn. Overall, it was an uncomfortable and disappointing experience.
