recently stayed at this so-called 5-star hotel, and unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. The food quality was quite poor and far below what you would expect from a hotel of this level. The animation/entertainment team was also underwhelming and did not provide enjoyable activities. What surprised me the most was that many services required extra charges, even though the hotel claims to be “all inclusive.” Staff frequently asked for additional payments for things that should have been included, which made the stay uncomfortable and frustrating. Overall, this hotel does not live up to its 5-star rating or its all-inclusive concept. I would not recommend it to others.
